For one the the tea was not sweet she asked if we wanted sugar packs, the bread was hard,the Nuggets were cold. We took it back and the lady got mad talking bout I just dropped that bread it aint hard. Dont get mad about food Im paying for if you did it wrong o asked for no tomatoes she put no ketchup but keep insisting she mad it right. Just save you a headache and confrontation and just go elsewhere this location sucks!

Friendly staff, hot fries, but the new crispy chicken sandwich was the old chicken sandwich. Tiny slice of tomatoe, too much mayo, not freshly cooked chicken, sloppy made with brown lettuce. Needed a quick bite to eat while running errands. Very disappointed. Not the Burger King I grew up in the 70s and 80s enjoying. Last time I spend a dime at a BK anywhere.

Only giving one star because theres no option for a 0. Only one crew member was friendly while other just stood and stared. One crew member had brought her CHILD( about 4 years old in guessing ) to work and allowed the child to roam freely while she worked. Was not very impressed at all. At one point the child was behind the counter. Wont be attending again.

Awful, my order was wrong after I waited 30 minutes for it. They gave me a loaded croissant when I order a chicken biscuit because I dont eat red meat... Only bright light was there was a customer expediting the line and getting food out which is sad. Unprofessional staff and no leadership.

Went through the drive thru today and was given the wrong drink for a kids meal. Instead of switching the drinks out, she said she would have to charge us. wtf? Got home and realized the rest of the order was wrong & all the food was cold. Never going to this location again.

The food is decent, however the customer service lacks extremely. I feel so rushed here. Especially in the drive-thru! They always pull you up so they can keep their Drive-thru time down, as if they actually efficient.
