I saw that this deli was rated one of the best Philly Cheese steak subs outside of Philly. So, I had to go see what all the guys was about. After going there, I have to say that I agree. The sub had a good mix of meat and cheese to the bread. The meat was well seasoned and treated great. It wasnt greasy, but nice and tender. I highly recommend it, especially if your favorite cheese steaks in Philly are from Pats or Genos, then youll be even more impressed. My wife ordered the chicken cheese steak and I tried a bite, my opinion is the same. Great taste, well seasoned, juicy and good mix of cheese, chicken and bread. On top of that, they offer a lot of French fry options. Duck far fries were great, it you can get regular fries with Cajun seasoning, old Bay it see salt. You cant go wing with any, as my kids got the two cities with the kids meals that we didnt. In the end we had way too many fries and all tasted great! The deli is quite small, only a few tables, but most people seemed to be taking their orders to go on this busy day. The place is a bit on the pricey side, but just know that you are getting very high quality food for what you part. Keep in mind that the fry portions are large, even the kids fries. So order fries small to save cash.

I HAVE HAD CHEESE STEAKS ALL OVER THE CITY OF BALTIMORE AND WITHOUT A DOUBT THIS WAS ONE OF THE WORST. WHOEVER CLAIMED THIS TO BE THE BEST OF BALTIMORE DOES NOT SAY MUCH FOR THE SELECTION COMMITTEE. THE STEAK WAS HORRIFIC IT TASTED OF BURNT GREASE AS IF IT HAD BEEN SITTING ON THE FLAT TOP ALL DAY AND THEN WAS WARMED UP FOR THE ORDER AND AS FOR THE PRICE I THOUGHT I WOULD HAVE TO GET FINANCING FOR THE SUBS AND THE FRIES . THATS ANOTHER SUBJECT ALL TOGETHER BOTH ORDERS BOTH DUCK FAT AND REG With SALT WERE SO HARD AS IF THEY HAD LAID IN THE WARMING TRAY FOR COUPLA HOURS AND THEN REFRIED FOR THE ORDER WERE UNEATABLE. NEEDLESS TO SAY THEY WENT RIGHT INTO THE TRASH CAN ANOTHER 10.00 WASTED NOT INCLUDING THE NEW TRASH BAG THAT I HAD TO THROW INTO THE CAN OUTSIDE BECAUSE THE GREASE SMELL WAS PERMIATING THE ENTIRE HOUSE .SO IN CLOSING I DONT THINK I WILL BE RETURNIG ANYTIME SOON SO BUYER BEWARE YOU DONT ALWAYS GET WHAT YOU THINK YOUR PAYING FOR. SO IN CLOSING TRAVEL CHANNEL THERE ARE GREAT CHEESESTEAK SUBS ALL OVER THE CITY OF BALTIMORE JUST ASK CAUSE THIS AINT ONE OF EM

This is the place Ive been looking for. I got a new job in a different part of town and I had to learn where all the good eats are. I found a good Mexican place a good grill, good Italian, good Indian but I couldnt find anything but generic delis. Ravage is the place. Supports local farms, uses super high quality meats and produce and breads. Even has gluten free bread. First lunch was the Boursin Turkey Club. The guy who took my order recommended 3 grain bread (toasted of course) and add avocado. With a side of the slaw. It was unbelievably good. Probably the best deli sandwich Ive had in years A couple of days later it was the Noble Pig. Its hard to describe how monstrously substantial this thing is. The combination of pulled pork, sopresatta, Virginia ham, salami, melted cheddar, romesco aioli and ciabatta can not be overstated. I got the regular size and it took me nearly 20 minutes to work through. This sandwich is epic. Then there was the duck fat fries with herbs. I normally dont do fries but OMG..... Yes Ill be back. You need to go here.

WILL NOT RETURN. This place used to be a great little lunch spot with generously stuffed sandwiches and swift service. After eating there today, I certainly will not be returning. I paid $9 and tipped $2 for a sandwich on par with the quality I could have gotten at Arbys for much less money and with fries and a drink. It took over 20 minutes for my order of one regular size sandwich to be made. I watched a group of three who ordered after me get their three sandwiches and fries before I got my one sandwich. When I finally got my food, the paper and foil it was wrapped in were thicker than the amount of meat on the sandwich. As far as the staff, I didnt get so much as a "thanks for waiting" when my food was finally ready. I guess the accolades they have received in the last two years drove quality down and laziness up. Next time you want a filling sandwich, visit any of the other local delis, unless you want to overpay and be underwhelmed.

Terrible service! Me and my mom used to love this place and ordered from there all the time, we live right across the street. I called in a delivery order for us tonight and the guy that answered the phone seemed really confused I had to repeat our order several times, an hour goes by and we did not receive our food so we call and they claimed they called me back to get my method of payment and I cancelled our order and gave them attitude. I NEVER received a phone call from them!!! The person on the phone did admit a new person was working (makes sense) however it didnt seem possible to them that he couldve made a mistake or called the wrong person. Im never the type of person to waste my time doing these reviews but this was ridiculous why would I cancel an order than call back to check on it???!!!! Lost a loyal consumer tonight

Thats another 1500 calories downed. Deliciously downed. Awesome interior! Super clean and you can see everything thats happening. Amazing variety of choices of sandwiches, burgers, desserts, etc. I got a Roseda burger w/ Applewood bacon (no regrets) and a large side of sweet potato fries. Burger was great. Every bite was full of meat, fresh veggies and their bbq sauce. I love their bbq sauce. Although I do wish the meat was more seasoned. If your a fan if sweet potato fries, this is the spot, hot and fresh and not even greasy. I do want to try the duck fat fries next time. Overall great meal. Definitely has a potential to be a five star. I will come back to try the super exotic foods here soon... Ill be back.

The old bay fries were delicious and the Philly Cheese Steak was also good. The meat in the cheese steak would benefit from a marinade or some seasoning. The reason they are getting 2 stars is because of the seasoning for the Philly cheese steak and that they forgot to put coleslaw on a build your own sandwich. Since there was no coleslaw it made the sandwich void of any moisture. I am sure that with the coleslaw it would have been a great sandwich. But I cant give more than 2 stars for being unable to double check the order as its being prepared. Also this location is a little on the pricey side. But youll know where the entra money comes in when you eat the good quality ingredients they use.

I have been dining at Ravage Deli for 6 months. I eat in the restaurant, pick up, and sometimes have my food delivered. This is a super deli. I have not had a bad meal. The deli is clean and the people are courteous. I can get an awesome cheese steak, sandwich, or eat a light salad. Sometimes I design my own sandwich, or add chicken salad or shrimp salad to my salad. The shrimp is huge! All the soups are homemade and excellent! The specials are unique and if I feel adventuresome- I try one of their unique specials such as a venison burger or ostrich burger. I recommend this deli to everyone!!!!! Even the kids menu is excellent- especially my kids like the mac and cheese.
