After standing in front of the girl at the "online pickup" line without her asking if I needed anything I finally stepped up and asked her to wait on me. She started by asking me for the 7.50$ for my sandwich which I had already paid for online. She looked confused. The following then occurred: Me: "Can I have some extra tomatoes" Girl: "Okay, Ill have to charge you for them though." Me: "Okay, how much do they cost?" Girl:"Ummmm (looks around anxiously for a lifeline)" Me:"Dont worry about it" Girl:"Okay. I would give you them for free but I would get in trouble." If I ever have to go through such a mind-draining experience for something as simple as picking up a freakin sandwich for lunch then Im not coming back.

If you want a solid breakfast sandwich, this is the place to go! Everyone knows that. The service here is pretty great. They are generally fast, even during their busier hours. Out of the many times Ive been, Ive only had an issue with the order being incorrect one time. They remade my order pretty quickly, even though it was during their rush. The only reason Im not giving them 5 stars is because the rest of their menu items arent super solid. Tried their panini and powerhouse sandwich before, but they left a lot to be desired. Oh well, Im still loyal to THB for all my breakfast sandwich needs.

I went in the middle of the afternoon with a coworker and while it was full, it was loud enough that conversation was difficult. We were sitting in comfortable lounge chairs around a small table, almost like a small living room, so it felt like the place I wouldve expected to be a bit more quiet. The food was excellent. I had a Show Off, and the Kaiser roll was one of the best Ive ever had, light and fluffy with a slight crunch on the outside. The vegetables tasted much more fresh than Id ever expect from a fast food place though. I look forward to visiting this place again.

I rarely post reviews of places, but my experience was so bad that I felt that need to. It took over 35 minutes to receive my order of just two breakfast sandwiches and a side of fries... and even with all that time the order still came out incorrect. One of the sandwiches was missing sausage... on a sausage egg and cheese. I understand that the location has a big volume of customers... but to take that amount of time and still get the order wrong is unaccceptable.

I always get the same bagel sandwich because it is the best, but this time for lunch, I ventured out and got the chicken Caesar panini and I was very disappointed. the lettuce was soggy, the dressing was heated with the sandwich and that just ruined it. The bread was not a panini kind of bread but something different. It just did not taste very good. Ill go back but scared to try something other than a bagel. Worst part is, I paid 10 bucks for it.

Absolutely awful almost every time i come here. i came here a lot last year when it was newly opened and the food was amazing! Now it has gone down hill and the past two times i have been here there has been bugs in my food. TWICE! First a fly in my sandwich and then a dead spider in my bagel sandwich. The food is not nearly prepared as well as it used to be and its just not worth the money. The whole establishment is dirty and not trustworthy

This is a great local shop. I have not been to the other locations, but I always go to the THB in Lutherville when I dont have the time for making breakfast. The food is consistently good and the service is efficient. The portions are good. The omelette platter is actually too large for one person to eat by themselves. We are very fortunate to have THB down the street from us.

Went in to this Location to get a Dozen Everything Bagles & Cream Cheese to go. Inquired on the Price of the Cream Cheese was Told $4.50 was charged $11.00 So a Dozen Bagles & cream cheese cost $22.79 I think a bit much. When I inquired the manager just said sorry he made a mistake. Did not offer to take it back for refund. I will NOT go back!

I went here for my first time got the home fries and a sausage egg and cheese on a bagel first off the home fries were very soggy some were undercooked the rest were a mess there was no salt on them what so ever and the sandwich was ok at best once again no salt at all waste of money for a bagel place this is pretty sad

My fiancé is self proclaimed bagel snob. We have one place that we have been going to since he was just a kid(its about 15 minutes away)! Our kids went out with their nana one day and brought home some bagels from THB....we fell in love! We are new to the area and love you bagels!!!! Thank you!!!

There is no better bagel in baltimore in my opinion. They are always fresh and the service at THB is incredible. Always a friendly staff, running around to get your breakfast to your mouth in record time. Kudos to them for having a great establishment worthy of such praise!

Second time Ive gone recently and they dont have any black tea or just Lipton (the Bud Light of teas). They would never ask coffee drinkers to pay the same price for Folgers. I complained last time, but got no response, so this is just a poorly managed location.

Visited 10-11-2015 and the place was really busy but the line went very fast. About 35 people in front of us at the door and we ordered in less than 5 minutes. Food came about 6 minutes later. Bagels were fresh and the bagel breakfast sandwiches were awesome.

This place ordered wider range of variety bagels also Paninis. They have variety of freshly brewed coffee as well. Ambience is so beautiful. Clean restrooms with changing stations for babies. Beat place for morning breakfast.

Food is good, but ordering their is a nightmare. Ordering online is nearly impossible and calling I got placed on hold for two minutes then hung up on. If you order in store it takes forever.

This place truly has the best bagels around. Also great lunch items and good coffee. The space is set up with bigger tables and fast WIFI. You can come here and get actually work done.

Love the bagels and tea, but bring your own Equal. No Equal here, only Splenda and Sweet n Low. The cream cheese is homemade and a slightly "off" flavor than Im used to.

Very quick line with 2 people at the counter. Lovely fully packed egg bagel with creamcheese and lox and the works. Lettuce, onion, tomatoes n capers. Tasty and good.

Everyone seems to love the breakfast, but its average. The lunch sandwiches on a bagel are amazing! Skip it for breakfast, but definitely go for lunch!
