Staff was rude. Asked a question about military discounts and while the cashier who didnt know went to ask his manager one of the guys behind the counter kept yelling out how many people were lining up for orders to the cashier. Made me feel like a beggar or something just for asking. When we got our food. 5 burgers, 4 soft drinks a large and a regular fry came out to $61 and some change. Not fast food prices! The order ended up being wrong and the burgers were bland!!. I went to a five guys in Philadelphia which was great! I was offered a military discount instead of asking for one and the food was well worth the extra money over other fast food places. I WONT be back to this location and probably quit trying this chain of restaurants

1. Burger size down between 1/4 or 1/2 the size from few years ago. 2. Burgers are over cooked now. Used to be med well -well ,not black all through, scorched ,& hard . 3. Service approach has changed . Not the professional grill joint of old . A lot of people have been telling me the same for a while now and dont come anymore I think Im with them now too. Shame (2 stars for the fries and peanuts)

Usually this place is pretty good but tonight was such a disappointment. My bun saw so soggy that When I went to pick up my sandwich the bun was just going between my fingers like jelly. My sandwich didnt have anything that I asked for on it, it seemed like they made me the burger they wanted me to have. Worst experience Ive had from this place. Please guys do better, because I know you can.

Ive been at better Five Guys. They got both of our burgers slightly wrong, ingredients-wise. It was an online order, so shouldve been easy. They did correct it, and were nice about it, so extra star for that. They have milkshakes too.

I love going to 5 guys, their burgers are better than any I can remember having. I also love the free peanuts they have for you in line. Best of all the toppings are free, not that their burgers even need toppings. You MUST go.

Great service, great food. Place wasnt that busy for lunchtime on a Sunday but still managed to have half my condiments in the wrapper instead of on the burger. Seems lie they are getting a bit expensive for a burger place...

For the first time i had a horrible meal here. Patties were thin over cooked tasteless and prepped wrong. Fries were the same. Hope this isnt a harbinger of things to come. We eat here often.
