Worst ever!!!!! we ordered 10 smoked wings(recently added to their menu) and they were not done at all, red bloody bones, which was not thoroughly cooked. I didnt feel good looking at the blood in the bone that I already ate. It Bothered me a little bit for a psychological reason(feeling sick already). We werent happy obviously so we asked the bartender to give us another order, of course I took several pictures of the bloody bone before the server took the plate away with the red bone that I already ate. I saw the bartender and general manager(Jessica Hoskinson) talking about the issue that I brought up looking at our plate, wing with a bloody bone. After talking for a while the manager, kindly came to us and gave us a reciept with taken off charges for the wings. I was happy at the moment until I ate the one of the wings for our reorder. The first one I ate was bloody too. This is what really got me upset seriously, obviously I had to take pictures of it too (thanks for the smart phones) I had to make sure I take pictures with hooters logo on it hoping this would not happen to other customers that come to hooters alot . I am back home struggling with diarrhea with fever. Hoping hooters to do something about this matter not just taking off the wings charge that they made a mistake of. and step up with a real solution

Went to hooters with friends on 7/15/17, live in the area and had never been and dont plan on returning. Waitress took orders and about 20 minutes later brought out two plates, a couple minutes later someones app, then a bit later more plates. It continued like this until myself and one other person were the only ones without food. Then she came and asked if I was the one with the grilled cheese, I responded that I had the chicken sandwich. Several minutes later the other person without food received his food. Another couple minutes later the waitress came and informed me that it would be another few minutes before my food was ready because the kitchen messed up my order (she did apologize). At this point I was the only person without my food and my friends who had gotten their food first were done. Ive never experienced service where food was progressively passed out over the course of a half hour. Needless to say but not something I care to experience again.

Wings were disgusting! Too much breading and greasy.....but even worse than the wings was the bartender Ariana. She possessed no people skills what so ever. Barely spoke to us while we were seated at the bar having food and drinks. There were only 2 other people at the bar so she wasnt busy at all. When we got up to leave she said NOTHING, not a thank you, have a nice day or anything. I wanted to go back and take my tip back! Poor customer service! I would NEVER spend my money there again. I ended up down the road at Fridays where the bartenders were friendly and deserving of my tip.

I decided to treat my self to some boneless wings. So this location was closes to mensure. Upon arrival I was greeted by Judy who was very pleasant. The restaurant was slow and quite. Just how I like it. Mr. Alvin walked through floor greeting customers ( I found that to be a plus) Judy was awesome my food arrived hot and delicious. I ordered the all you can eat wings and I tell yah, I could only eat two plates. The place was clean and organized. The tables where clean and not sticky, and the silverware was CLEAN !!!! I will return for another visit.

Okay..., Hooters would have received 3 or 4 stars, but: 1) found a hair in my chicken wings. Thankfully, the manager ordered up another batch of my wings and discounted my ticket. 2) the tables and seat cushions were not cleaned. 3) one of the team members seated us, cleaned the seat cushion so my mom could sit, AND then proceeded to place that cleaning rag (which is now dirty) on a clean table. When I brought it to her attention, she looked lost and/or did not like what I said to her - by correcting her.

Beware of this location. My wife had around 3 glasses of wine one night and said she did not feel well. She told the waitress she was going to call a friend to come pick her up. While she was calling him, the manager came out to "make sure" she was not going to drive, but called the cops on her. She had called this friend and was merely waiting for him when the cop came. He did not arrest her, but what kind of place serves alcohol to its customers, then calls the cops on them when they leave.

We had great time at this Hooters recently. The restaurant was very clean, our waitress was very friendly and efficient and the food was great! All the waitresses were fit and beautiful and friendly and the food was very good and served fast and hot. Our family loves Hooters and this was one of the nicest ones weve been to! AND the music was at a perfect volume - enough to bring liveliness to the place but not so loud that you cannot hear yourself talk - great experience

The only.reason you get this rating is because of the eye candy, I have to agree with the rest of the reviews, the service is terrible, not because Im bitter with the girls, stood at the door when I got there, no acknowledgment for 5 min, had to seat myself, server finally came over and took 15min to get refreshment. If your looking for good service, dont go to this locale, try your local watering hole, not worth the effort.

We went to Hooters, we are visibly Older Adults, Seniors, what have you. My husband was told they needed id for a beer. Now I am not talking about 30, 40, we talking 50 something with full gray beard and salt and pepper hair. Asked to speak to the Manager, he was no better, we have to card everybody, REALLY. We left. Ocean City, MD did not card him, are they a part of the HOOTERS Chain?

Obvious the wait staff think they can get by with good looks and actually dont have to care about the customer. Too bad the food was not worth it, usually the wings are great, this time they were not fresh and had a really stale taste to them. I certainlly will wait a while before trying them again.

I had a nice experience there this past weekend. The girls were all pretty and nice (I dont know what some other people are talking about). The manager even walked around and asked if there was anything that we would prefer to watch, LOL. The food was good, I would do back for sure.

The place is alright. Hootersfood has never been something to talk about so, its ordinary I guess. The bar is big and the bartenders are usually very quick and very nice. Great place to see a pay-per-view event as its got a lot of TVs and a lot of seating.

My favorite Hooters in the area. Its never crowded. The staff is friendly and fast. The drinks are good, stronger than the watered-down drinks I get at the Hooters in D.C. Great for watching a game and hanging out. Theres no rush to move for another group.
