Went to RR for lunch because of #Project Runway connection; it being my favorite quasi-reality show. Hubster had higher priced burger and I had Tavern Burger. I rated this a 4 because compared to the other "restaurants" in this price point, Red Robin is a stand out. The food was fresh, tasty, hot, the burgers were tasty & juicy and the fries were crisp, lovely potatoey, hot, fluffy inside, everything you want in a fry. I didnt get to try my hubbys burger because he scarfed it up, but it appeared to be juicier than mine so Im opting for a higher priced burger next time. Had a Flying Dog IPA and it was spot on and came with an ultra chilled glass. The buns are really tasty and the tomato had flavor. I ordered a "cup" of soup instead of fries and the soup (Chicken Tortilla) although very flavorful lacked any chicken, which didnt really bother me because I like cheese better and it was full of cheese. Hubby had onion soup and he loved it. The cup is very small but actually quite filling. I ordered a dessert to go the chocolate mousse/layered pie, which was delicious even though I forgot to put into freezer and it melted in the fridge, but the chocolate was intense the mousse was creamy and silky with crunch from the cookie crust. When you consider what you can usually get in this price point ($7 for burger and fries), this is a VERY GOOD alternative to fast food and it you trade out the fries for salad, a healthier option.

DISGRACEFUL, SCAMMERS. Lets start with the non-edible part. Theyve got an iPad on every table having the menu, payment, ordering and games for kids which is really nice. However, with a few clicks, your kid can purchase many stupid games without your knowledge. This is an obvious SCAM! Swindling people of money this way? Then there was this big puddle of water near the bar in which all the servers and people had to walk through. 30 minutes before it was cleaned up. The edible part. Fish and chips was as bitter as ash, more grease than anything else. California chicken burger had no guacamole and no seasoning. Boring as a bad movie. Kids chicken stickens were raw and hard. The best part? SAUTÉED SHROOM. Nowhere is it mentioned that beef exists in this pathetic soggy mess of a burger. When you meet ethnic folk, dont you even have the courtesy/knowledge that some stay away from PORK/BEEF? Thats where your TIP comes from. Courtesy and knowledge. The best food was the lemon water that we had. NEVER AGAIN.

Im sure tons of people love this place, no parking, 30 min wait to get a table; all signs of an awesome restaurant. Thats when they sat us down and everything went downhill. Server couldnt crack a smile, must have had a rough day, slow service, freezing cold place. The food arrived 20 min later and thats when the slopes got slippery. Lukewarm french onion soup, cold fries n chicken strips. I know my food was sitting on the counter ready for 10 min. Best part was the bacon in the kids burger. Haha Lets put bacon in the Muslim guys kids burger. If it wasnt for the irony of it, I probably would have made a scene! Im still laughing about it. Absolute incompetence. A pile of manure could mean a pony nearby, but this place was just manure. Oh wait... Crash landed when I got 50% off when I pointed everything out to the manager. That by itself was the insult of the night imo. Really wanted this to work out as my daughter and I go for burgers once a week as daddy daughter day. Robin is crossed!

Ive always been a big fan of Red Robin, even if I prefer eating out at non-chain, local joints. This is my go-to Red Robin location and it never fails me. The atmosphere is great, the food is good, and service is courteous. The restaurant itself is clean and on a weekend night youll have a decent rush here, though the wait is never too long. The food itself is always good but if youre looking for über high quality burgers, go elsewhere. Still, theyve got overall great entrees/burgers and the appetizers are amazing. The creative mix of apps and desserts is outstanding, from a towering ring of onion rings to a tower of donuts. The bottomless lemonade and fries never fail to disappoint either, though I wish the waiting staff would come around more often to actually refill those bottomless fries and lemonades. All in all, if youre looking for a decent American-fare restaurant and a good time, Red Robin is a good place to be.

Red robin is a relatively recent burger place. The bottomless fries really help bring this place up. The limited menu items are good. I had the Bees Knees which was essentially a chicken and waffles sandwich with a honey sauce. Its good but it falls apart about halfway through eating. Last night when we went the service was very slow. There werent enough servers and food was piling up in the kitchen. Our food wasnt cold but it wasnt hot. We asked for more fries one 3 occasions and only got one. We were asked by on of the managers how things were. We said slow. She asked what she could do. We asked for fries. They never came so we left. We will probably will go back but if last night was our first time we probably wouldnt go back.

I love this place!! I have eaten there regularly over the past 6-9 months or so. Although I have had a waitress or two where the service was not the greatest, it is usually very good. The burgers are fantastic! I typically get the "Smoke and Pepper" burger because, once I had it, I was ruined for any others. It is delicious!!! It is typically cooked to perfection, with a nice sear on the outside, and the ciabatta bread is amazing. The bottomless steak fries are outstanding also. Prices are a little high for their "Finest" burgers, but they are their "Finest" for a reason. The restaurant in Columbia has always been clean and the staff friendly. I look forward to my next visit!!

The staff are the stars of this location for sure. Food can be a little hit or miss but is about what youd expect from a chain. Bartender Sam is incredible at her job and knows the name of nearly every person who ever comes back to her bar, as well as their drink and food preferences and even loyalty card numbers. Can get crowded at peak hours but worth a stop if youre looking for a decent meal with excellent service. Highly recommend the bar area both for Sams excellent service and to avoid some of the kids, since it is a family restaurant. The sole downside is that the kitchen doesnt seem to deliver the same consistent excellence as the front of the house staff.

As a friend of mine puts it "Yuck! Red Robin!" Ive been going to Red Robbins since I was a child at their first locations. It has progressively been going downhill over the last few decades the father it gets from home. While once a favorite of mine, I occasionally reluctantly go. While this location is clean and staff have usually been quite nice, it has turned into one of those gimmicky places you associate with the film "Office Space." Burgers are sub-par, their creations are rather boring and overdone. Everything else seems to have far too much sugar in it.
