Used to love this place. Food is great! Staff is friendly. Unfortunately, the management of the restaurant is terrible. There was a wait of about 30-45 minutes on a Saturday morning with 50 open seats in the restaurant. They had so inefficiently seated so many parties of two at 6 and 8 top tables. The most frustrating thing is that the tables were all 2 top tables that had been pushed together. They simply needed to separate the tables. According to the manager, the kitchen isnt big enough to handle the size of the dining room. Cant believe the owner of this place isnt losing his/her mind...

This is my second time at first watch. I have to say this place won me as a returning customer. My boyfriend suggested we should go there some time last week. When we got in, I wanted to be seated at the booths. Doug was our waiter!!! He gave us a five star experience at the restaurant. He answered any questions we had and he was very pleasant too. To top off our breakfast, we had the kale tonic juice to go. If you havent tried it, I suggest you do. PS. If youre a waffle lover, you will like there Belgian walffle meal.

Slow, slow, sloooooow. Saturday morning 0930 not overly busy, maybe its just our server but we had a difficult time even getting clean water glasses. Breakfast finally arrives & its cold because she left it sitting in the window while she bussed a table & took care of other tables. We left & went somewhere else. BUT I would like to note that the manager was awesome, very nice. Unfortunately, the situation was beyond repair & all we wanted to do was leave. He did try though & I thank him.

Amazing experience. Exceptional service, smiling faces, treated us with courtesy and respect. Food was excellent and fresh. Love that the staff makes recommendations and know the menu. Very affordable pricing. Cant wait to go again. The wait time can be long but worth the wait. Highly recommend downloading the app and standing in line before you arrive. The atmosphere is energizing. Give them a try. I promise Youre going to love them. #MyFavoriteNewSpot

Horrible service. I had been to this location on 2 separate occasions and it was great. This was my last time eating here! We were sat a dirty table. I had to inquire about our server a couple of times. By the time the server came to fix my order, My child was done eating. I had before recommended this place for their healthy menu options. NOT ANYMORE!!!! Poor customer service isnt worth it to me!

Great, healthy brunch. If youre a daring health nut, get the fruit smoothie drinks. BUT.... There is a long wait on the weekends, 45min-1hr, so make a reservation on their app (you cant call for one). My wife and I waited 40min, but they had free coffee and chairs so we were happy. Our server was super nice, and they all seemed to be happy to be there. This will be one of our new spots!

I have been telling my husband about this place for a while and we finally had a chance to go together. I have always gone when it was slow. Today it was busy and what a difference, the food took a long time and our waitress was not attentive at all. The food was good and the host was nice. My suggestion is not to go when its busy, the kitchen and wait staff can not handle it.

I was there a few weeks ago with client/friend. I mistakenly left my container to take home on table. I went back within 10 minutes and my waiter casually said it was thrown away and left it at that. I was disappointed. I wrote the corporate office that morning and received no response. The food was good but customer service lacking.

I really like this place for a casual lunch. The food is fresh with good variety and table service. No alcohol is served here but theyre open for breakfast lunch and dinner. Also good to meet someone for a quick business lunch which is how I first found it. I would love to go back for breakfast - the menu items looked very good.

My wife and I have come on several occasions and each time we had to wait 20-30 minutes...but the wait was worth it. Today however, we arrived at 9:15 am and there wasnt a Wait. We were stunned. The server said if you come before Sunday Service your good to go Every week.

Love the food, love the fresh fruit beverages and coffee! Because of its popularity, the wait for seating is sometimes long! The serving staff are awesome, very people friendly - but sometimes, due to volumes, are rushed. So glad this restaurant came to our community! Yum!

Went around 11:30am on a Friday and waited maybe 8 minutes. Server was prompt, knowledgeable and sweet. Food came pretty quickly. Everything was delicious!! Also I got the Morning Meditation. They are known for the fresh squeezed juices. You have to get one! #worthit

Love the food, staff and this location. Service is very slow, but all of the servers I engaged during many visits to this location were friendly and helpful. A few trips resulted in slightly overcooked food but that happens from time to time in high-end restaurants.

Use the No Wait app to avoid waiting to be seated. This was my first time here and my last. I ordered biscuits in gravy. It was horrible. It wasnt seasoned, the turkey sausage was not visible by sight and/or taste. The best thing I had was bacon.

Great variety of different breakfast and lunch options beyond the usual chain diner fare. Interesting juice blends that are often tastier than they might read. Waits can be really long, so get the nowait app and get in line before you get there.

Favorite breakfast place wiring 15 miles at least. Recently moved farther from it and it keeps me coming back. Love that every thing I get is wonderful and I do not have a favorite dish. There specials and juice drinks ate wonderful

They got a variety of brunch menu options to pick from. Service is good. On weekends it can get a little crowded and youll most likely spend over 25 min waiting to be seated other than that is an excellent place for breakfast. ;)

We had to wait around 45min to get seated and thereafter another 45min to have our breakfast. Of course it was a Sunday, but still that is not acceptable as our breakfast changed to our lunch by the time we received the meal.

Very good modern take on the American diner. The menu feels fresh without being too trendy. The food is consistently tasty. The service is cheerful and quick. Overall recommended, but nothing is exceptional.

Food is good but they are SLOW. Also double check your food if you order to go because theres a 50/50 chance its not what you ordered then you have to wait another 15 plus minutes for them to fix it.
