Tomato soup did not taste fresh (according to family member that ordered soup). Consistency/presentation of tomato soup looked like you would serve to a five (5) year old. Tasted as though it were left overs from a few days ago were her comments. French onion soup was mediocre - over kill with onions. Not very generous with avocados, roast beef, etc. Request dark roast coffee to be brewed as none was made took more than 25 minutes to make. Surprised that bill for 4ppl was almost $60. I felt as though the manager seemed more concerned to up charge rather than charge for a combo meal(s).

It is 40 degrees outside, and not much warmer inside. This is a very small location, with little seating and large windows. I was there about 2 hours to do some work, and my fingers were so cold I could barely type. I had my coat on, fur boots and my toes were even cold. The staff was unprofessional and having loud personal conversations with seemingly no notice that customers could hear them. Overall a bad atmosphere. The only good thing here is the food, but thats hard to do wrong.

my order is wrong. They didnt fix it, just asked if i wanted a cookie. no, i dont want more garbage. i didnt buy a bowl, i wanted my money back for the cup i ordered in the first place. why the do they have people who cant use a register or with visible herbies outbreaks on their face.

Sarah lacked personality at the register. She was very unenthusiastic. Im giving three stars to be generous. We didnt even get a pager. This other guy is actually pissed off and shouting at them as I write this. So I think Im gonna take it down to a two in honor of him.

The food was good but, our portion sizes didnt seem as big as they normally are. I would suggest getting your food for take out instead of dining in.

Pretty good place. Very nice people. Wish they hadnt gotten rid of the chipotle chicken panini. Their breads and bagels are awesome.
