I would usually say I really love Panera in Laurel. The last few times I have ordered the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad, I have been sorely dissapointed. They dont clean or even check if the greens are spoiling. Ive had green and purple slime in my salad, which was not only dissapointing, it was disgusting. Ive worked in several food establisments and the boss always told me, "Dont serve anything to the customer you wouldnt eat." The manager Gayle was quite nice this last time and tried to get me a "pretty" salad, but the ladies who served it up, thought it was a joke that I came back there and put more BAD greens right back on the salad.-GRR. Plus side-I got a free smoothie, however enjoying my salad that was the sole purpose for the purchase. It will take a while for me to eat another salad there, so just be careful that your greens are fresh on yours. All I could think about was the salmonella and e.coli on the lettuce and spinach in the news a while back. All in all, the rest of the food is delicious, and I hope enough people call them on the bad greens to make a difference.

Solid lunchtime experience in a clean, fast environ. If youre allergic to raw spinach, avoid the Roasted Beet Quinoa Salad. Its delicious, but despite its absence on the menu, mine definitely had spinach in it. I picked them out and brought them to the safety of my own home to make sure they were indeed spinach.

What I ordered from Panera: chicken ceasar sandwich, tomato soup, chips What I actually got from Panera: roast beef sandwich, tomato soup with NO spoon, bread stick instead of chips. 0-3!!! I go here all the time but today was ridiculously disappointing. Check your food before you leave this place.

The food is prepared well, and the staff is very delightful. The food is fresh, prepared timely and cleanly. The setting of the restaurant is soft and clean. The employees are not rude and they are willing to help. Thank you Ryan for giving us such pleasant experience. KUDOS!

Ordered the new panini without the "meat" since the cashier said they could do that. Got one with the meat. When shown to the service people it was replaced without the turkey, but still stank of it. Tasted weird. No pepper for the soup too! Avoid location.

Yeah, yeah, its a chain with pseudo-healthy food, but this particular location is quick, even when crowded. Quiet and good for studying outside of lunch hours. Get a rewards card, you get free snacks/drinks (but not meals) ALLL the time.

The food at Panera Bread is consistently good. They have changed their menu and are focusing on whole foods and healthier options. I gave it three stars for customer service because of the long lines and the long wait for food.

I agree with most all the other good reviews... but what theyve missed is my favorite feature of this Panera: IT HAS A FIREPLACE!! Very cozy on a cold winters night. We always try to get a table right next to it.

Got the steak and egg breakfast sandwich to go. The bagel got really stuck to the paper and then the grease seeped through the paper all over my pants. What I ate treated pretty good, but was such a hassle

Wait staff isnt spectacular (or even friendly), but the food prep staff is amazing, friendly, spirited, and seem to have fun, which makes for a pleasant experience. Very clean, well prepared food.

This is a very nice Panera bread. The food is delicious! The place its self is very cozy and comfortable. It is a very nice place to just sit, have a bagel, and work on your laptop.
