Last week I went there And sometimes there fast or slow. One time me and my mom went there and there was this one employee that made us what wait for 5 hours. And also I asked him could he give me a sweet tea lemonade mix and he told my that he couldnt then my mom told my that he was to lazy to do it . And I Believed her. But they should really shut that place down. And also one time I got there food and there was a dead rat in the chicken Box

Stay away from here unless you like to get yelled at by employees and have to wait 30 minutes for 2 chicken littles! Everytime I come to this location there out of something. If you do happen to go make sure you avoid the drive thru window and just go inside. That drive thru line can take forever to get through and you just get trapped. Again AVOID AT ALL COST!! There is a much nicer, friendlier and better stocked location on Bladensburg.

This used to be our go to spot for a quick dinner, now we try to actively avoid it. Ever since a change in management, service has declined, accuracy in orders is non-existent, and some staff members have short patience (which is the wrong profession to have low patience). I wish the old manager would return as he really operated with the customer being #1 and ensure the food and service made you want to dine there.

Horrible just horrible. First review goes to this place... All the employees started complaining about who was going to cook the chicken, no small drinks and out of every kind of sauce. Every single employee screaming back and forth across the restaurant and cursing. If only I could give a negative rating.

Worse place ever . Poor customer service and they take way too long to even start taking your order , then when they actually take your order they scream at you like if you are deaf or something ... just plain rude . AND this is why latinos are most likely to get the job .

I am trying to get hired at kfc, ager rd. Hyattsville. The manager dont have a good relationship with the employees especially the the new ones. How can someone be paid $7.00 or $6.00 an hour this time just because he or she is under training.

Excellent service! The best of best service I have ever experienced in my life is from this KFC branch in Hyattsville. The employees are very courteous, very efficient and the chicken is superbly splendid!!!
