I went there one Thursday morning 02/02/17 at 10 A.M. 10 on the nose, but they had not open yet, So at 10:15. I called the store number to ask what time do you guys open, the manager says 10 O Clock, I say well why are your doors still locked, he hangs up the phone on me, then comes to open the doors, after we get in no one says a word, just let us stand there in line while one girl counts here til. Where is the customer service here.

Management is so rude, food was not hot at all, when tried to ask for a fresh batch of chicken the manager Khan said that he would not give me any fresh chicken he would take my chicken and drop it back in the greese, because i at some of the wing he gave me my refund with -1 wing i had eaten off

Bad service, bad management, too ghetto. If you close at 11pm how are you out of chicken at 10:30pm? Manager does that at times to take the leftover chicken home for her self and employees.

The food is the standard yum of Popeyes. The line can be long and slow to move. Ms. Jones is the ones to see. Shes friendly, efficient, and really knows her stuff.
