The combinations are endless. You can choose from a rice or a noodle bowl and pick from their selections or make your own. Once you enter, go to the side (right side facing the bar) and pick a sheet (white for rice, yellow for noodles) and go down the list. 1. Choose your base layer of rice or noodles (they have several different types of each to pick from) 2. You get up to 4 complimentary toppings and they also have premium toppings (kimchi, egg, etc.) at a cost 3. Choose your protein (I love the spicy tofu!) 4. Choose a sauce 5. Pay at the end! Im so thankful Rice Bar opened a few blocks away from where I work. Since Im surrounded by sandwich shops, lunch buffets, and mediocre food trucks (its only once in awhile well get something thats all the rage!), this place is a breath of fresh air!

LOVE this place - this is my go to soup spot during the winter because it fills you up without making you feel stuffed for the rest of your afternoon. Their spicy tofu is amazing and I love the finishing touch of getting a fried egg on top. Seating here can be tricky, but the staff is always quick to try and help you find a spot. Additionally, they have take out/to go down to a science - the separately wrap your broth from your noodles and veggies so when you get back to your office, it is still hot and the veggies in the soup are still crisp. I am a regular here!

Nice variety of Asian foods, and nice to be able to build your own rice bowl, but the place is kind of a overpriced and some of the ingredients are sub-par (e.g. reconstituted mushrooms and raw tofu in hot dishes) e.g. (boiled, sliced egg whites and yolks instead of a fried egg for bibimbap). Overall, a fast-food, takeout bibimbap or soup (with lukewarm broth and no place to pour it in) will run you $11 if you want meat, tofu, or kimchi on it.

Everything was above expectations from the food to the service, if something is unfamiliar just ask the folks behind the counter and they walk you through it. This is now my go-to spot for take out lunch.

Go-to lunch spot, get there before 12 to avoid out-the-door line. Consistently delicious Bibimbop, maybe excessive rice, but still really good. Eat here almost weekly. Nice to sit outside when not cold.

Seriously, I could eat here every day! The food is great and fresh. The service is quick even during the busiest lunch hours. Love the selection of the ingredients! A couple of outside tables

They have very limited gluten free options :( my rice with a few sparce vegetables tasted fine, but seriously, why even pretend like you have stuff for people with dietary restrictions.

I love this place... fast, good bimbimbap at a reasonable price. Best for takeout, as it can get crowded for eat-in during the lunch rush.

Very unique experience and great food together with fast and welcoming service. Some of the items are a bit pricey but its worth trying.

This place is solid. Bibimbap is classic. Daily special is usually really good. Festival noodles are money.

They were out of white rice, bolgogi, and egg. Its a bibimbop place. With no rice. Or bolgogi. Wtf.

Fresh veggies and good flavors. No crispy bottom though for the bibimbap.

Food is alright, but not super, kinda pricey for the size of the meal.
