I used the website to put our names on the call ahead list, but when we arrived it was still a 15 minute wait. I didnt mind since it was a Saturday night during graduation for 2 major schools in the area. We were seated and waited almost 10 minutes for someone to finally come by and take our drink order. I feel like it was miscommunication, so I didnt penalize the waitress tip. She did very well the entire meal which is why I didnt give another star off this review. Since it was a special occasion, my husband ordered the surf and turf (filet mignon and lobster) with a side of loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. The lobster was overcooked. The loaded mash came with obviously pre packaged bacon bits. Seriously? When your prices are so astronomical why not make bacon crumble fresh? Super frustrating and a big turn off. I ordered the bacon bourbon glazed salmon with the side of broccoli. The salmon was overcooked, but edible. It was topped with 2 strips of bacon plus...more prepackaged bacon bits! Why? The only reason I didnt knock off more stars is because my husband was craving steak and they delivered on a perfectly seasoned medium rare steak. This is definitely a once every few years for my husband and I. We arent in any hurry to get back.

First time at this location on a busy Saturday night. I was told that for a party of 4, it was about a 45-min wait. Another party of 4 arrived about 10 mins after we arrived but was seated before us. When I came to bring the matter to the hostess she said dont worry, "we will seat you next." And the manager added "your table is a better table anyway." But the isnt the whole point of a waitlist first come first served? Ruined my evening. If we were not famished, I would have taken my business elsewhere. I could not in good conscience recommend this location just on the basis of a botched waitlist system. The food, service, and ambience seemed all bad after that.

When I hit the ground traveling, I usually rely on a chain restaurant for my first nights dinner. I stopped in here on Sunday night and was sorely disappointed. The staff were overwhelmed and food was cold when delivered to the table. The lobster was beyond tough and so was the sirloin. This establishments only saving grace was a young waitress who tried to do her best but the management had slimmed down the waitstaff so much, that there was no way possible for them to adequately meet there customers needs

This restaurant has a wide range of jubilant meals for many different pallets. Though it is not a considered a fine classy steakhouse, it is very good quality food and should be considered a bargain for the amount of passion put into their meals. The service is outstanding filled with delightful waiters and waitresses along with a very cheerful hostess. Overall, I think the food is very good quality and is a good place to go for lunch or dinner if you are looking for a casual, high quality restaurant.

I actually love Outback Steakhouse, but my experience here was meh. Service was bad. My waiter said he was new, and I sympathized at first. But his service was so horrible, after a while I concluded that he was either just lazy or an idiot. Im sure Outback training at least covers the basics. Forgotten drinks. Only cleaned table when asked. Forgotten orders. My lobster was undercooked. My sons was overcooked. Steak was good though. A little chewy, but still good. I left full but unimpressed.

Will not be going back to this location. I believe they have new management. I go here often on my break and very the same thing allllllllll the time. Literally. I dont ever change my order. Magically, today, theres an up charge for my order, which originally consist of bacon and chicken that always have REMOVED. 100% unacceptable and unnecessary. Bad business and inconsistency. Extremely disgusted. Canceled my order and will not be giving my business again. Ridiculous

went to the outback the other day. good ting i had my life alert on. they served me salmon that was so raw i had to check to see if it was still alive. The waitress could give a flying rats behind about my fish.. As soon as i got to my car, i threw up all of the fish. I went back to get a refund but they i had to bring the bad back in. good thing i was not finished throwing up. now there counter is a little slimy. what a day. but all in all i had fun

Very disappointing experience today. Inattentive service. Had to ask for utensils. No bread provided. Cheese fries ordered as appetizers didnt arrive (and were removed from bill). No water or drink refills offered and 4 of 5 glasses were empty 2/3 of the way through meal. Steak ordered medium, but arrived medium well. Not enough customers to make busyness an excuse. All other food items were very good, but the problems distracted from that.

Timed this visit just right. 5:30 on a Friday and there was no wait. Food was good and Brandon did a great personable job as my server. Took a work-related call as he was bringing bread and by the time I was off the phone, the main course had arrived. Since the salad wasnt getting any colder and dinner was, I ate the meal backwards. Discovery... the bread with way too much butter makes a good dessert.

This Outback is one of my wifes (and my own) favorite restaurants. We have been going to this Outback for over fifteen years. Great food. Terrific service. Consistent quality. Always excellent customer service and Managers that care about patrons. I cannot say enough good things about the experiences that bring us back at least once every month. I give this restaurant my own 5 Star Rating.

My wife and I ordered curbside take out tonight. Normally the food at outback is excellent, and we visit others on a normal occasion. However, when we arrived home her chicken was black from being over cooked, and my steak was flavorless. Id recommend driving the extra 15 minutes to the next outback.

The food is good. The wait is forever even with call ahead seating. If your insulin depend not a great place. I been walked in on twice and asked what I was doing. Food is good and worth going back. But for get about going during rush hour. I go for lunch or after 7.

Atmosphere is nice but the prices have skyrocketed. Every side that you used to love is now a premium pay extra side. This is ontop of the entree increases. Since when is Mac n cheese a premium item? Anyways for the process verses quality Ill go somewhere else.

Great food and not long of a wait for the food (we did go on Monday tho) good service but I would recommend you order your steak more rare that you wish (I ordered medium rare and was more medium and gf ordered medium and got medium well)
