Stay away. I came here on a Monday September 19, 2016 simply to play poker. As usual when in a bar I like to have a few drinks and a bite to eat. This was my 3rd time here on a monday in about 3 months for poker night. They have a wing special as well on monday 20 wing and a pitcher of beer for 15. I always ask for as many drumsticks as possible because I simple do not eat the flat pieces. Thats my eating preference since youth. Ive made the same request prior and the cook obliged. When my food came out there were 13 flats and 7 drums. If it came out even I would have even understood slightly. If they said its an extra charge I would have paid it and moved forward. Instead the waitress who serves the poker room (chubby with 1/4 of her hair cut off in some rocker style cut) became unhappy when i said that I ordered as many drums as possible and more than half were flats. Her initial response was to argue with me about how they are on special and thats just how they come. i said well i dont eat the flats so 75% of them I guess ill have to give away yet pay for. She grabs my box of wings (at which time I had all the flats put in one box) and says on Ill go give them to someone in a smart tone. I replied id rather give them to someone I knew or at least spoke to. I also said to her that she could have at least informed me that they couldnt fulfill my order or even charge me more she arrogantly yelled across the room in an attempt to embarrass me and cause a scene s stating WELL YOU DONT HAVE TO ORDER THEM NO ONE CARES. As i was sitting there at this point with a loss of appetite and barely sipping my beer she comes back with my check and slides it down the bar from about 4 chairs away. I hadnt asked for my check. I hadnt even played one hand of poker. Its sad how this place does. I came in 3 weeks ago with a date sat down asked The male bar tender (in the inside bar who also was working this past monday night) if there were any drink specials or food specials. his reply was no everything is full price. I paused saying to myself that this bar has drink specials every night online why would he say that. I proceeded to order what I read was on special on the website and asked him if that was still a special on the menu he said yes. I then asked why he just told me that everything was full price. His response was the dumbest Ive ever heard. He said if you knew there was a special why did you ask. I only knew because I pulled it up online while sitting there. Im really considering a hidden camera with a few friends because this place clearly discriminates. I can only speak from my experience here and I wont recommend this place to anyone though its a nice facility. Id rather spend my money somewhere where they actually care about the people that keep them in business regardless of their color..... BTW. if either employee denies their action I can surely stop by point out the waiter and bar tender and repeat their ignorant actions back to them. Hard to deny the accuser face to face. I also brought the matter to the attention of the manager on duty Jason monday. These are the people you have representing you smh. well those are the same one running business away.

We came here around 12:30/1:00 on a Sunday. We were seated immediately since there were only a couple of people at the bar and most of the restaurant was empty. Our nice waitress took our drink order quickly and after bringing them out, asked for our order. Undecided, we asked for more time which we definitely got..maybe about 10 minutes, though I wasnt timing and time whenv youre waiting seems to go quicker when youre hungry. After we attempted to flag down a couple of other servers, I overheard the table next to us grab a different server and ask where the waitress was (also the same one as we had). She came out immediately and took our order to the back. The food came out, after waiting what seemed like another 15 minutes and a beer having been drunk in that time, which unfortunately was not what I was expecting after having waited. I ordered the Jalapeño burger ($11.00) which was smaller than the bun it came on and just as mediocre in taste. There was hardly any bite to the pepper on top which paralleled its texture and juiciness, both of which were non-existent. Of course Im not a food critic by any means, but I do know a good burger and the work that goes into it. The tater tots that accompanied them (for an extra $1.50 that I did not readily see on the menu and which were the same for the fries that you could get instead) were lacking. It brought back wonderful memories of school lunches past, of which I probably paid $1.50 then for the whole meal. I tried my sons cheese pizza which then bright back even more memories of that wonderful school lunch and the rectangular pizzas that resembled and I an Ellios knock-off. Im totally for the benefit of the doubt...maybe it was just an off day for everyone...maybe it had to do with the "Hiring all Positions" sign outside...all I know is that I wont be returning. Dont take my word for it...read through the other reviews and see what you like. Hey, you might get a much better experience than we had and Im glad for it. I just wanted to pass along the small piece we had here. Hope you have a good meal wherever you go.

I usually dont write reviews, but I figured I would. Sad, bc I was looking forward to coming to this place. I had an expired ID which I was going to replace as soon as I had the chance. Figure it wasnt a big deal, bc ALL other bars checked it and were fine with it. It wasnt even expired for that long, maybe a week. Mind you, Im 32 years of age and it clearly states that on my ID. Picture is of me and everything. Anyways, I get to the door and the bouncer checks my ID, its totally fine, get in with no problem. It was semi busy and found a seat at the bar. Mind you, I was sitting there for 15 minutes anyway before I could get someones attention to come over. The lady bartender(wont mention her name) asks for my ID and checks it again after being checked at the door already. Im sitting here like hold up! This small wedding party and everyone else at the bar I literally just saw you serve before me, you didnt ask for their ID, so why me? She checks it, and says were they ok with this ID at the door and Im sitting their in my head, uh yes. I obviously got in. So I ask for a blue moon and she doesnt even acknowledge me. Like a coward, she goes to the other side of the bar and gets on the walkie talkie to call someone and totally disappears from the bar lol, Im like are you kidding me!?!? Thats totally rude and unprofessional. Next thing I know I see the bouncers come over and I already knew what it was. I didnt make a fuss, I just left quietly. Just the way she kind of profiled me and wasnt professional about the situation was uncalled for. Dont check anyone elses ID, but you check me. Not gonna call it racial profiling..but...Needless to say I went to the GT and other bars that night, and would you look at that! checked my ID and I was able to get a drink. No issues.
