My husband and I came in last night for dinner. I must say that I was disappointed. I realize that the building is going thru renovations, but there should be a sign outside someplace with Caribbean Brothers on it. Walking in, it was a little dark and desolate. The music was good. When we would ask the waitress a question about the menu, she would have to run to the kitchen to ask her "Boss". We both ordered the Jerk Chicken Wings. They were very bland and did not have any taste. When ordering "Jerk", I expect some heat and spice. The rice and beans were dry and not hot. The plantains were hot (temperature wise) and were good, the cabbage was mushy and was warm. The salad was good and the portions of food served was good. With this being a new Restaurant, I would have thought that a owner, manager or "boss" would have at least come out to interact with us (we were the only customers at the time) to get some feedback. There was nothing. When we paid and left, I thought NEVER AGAIN, but the more I thought about it, I will give it one more try. I realize it is a new establishment, and it does take time.

At first glance, it looks like a hole in the wall. Kind of hard to find and looks like a dive from the outside. When you walk in, the interior is definitely nicer. The staff is very friendly and the drinks were very good. The place has a decent atmosphere, good music with a nice choice of colors but looks like it was thrown together. Now to the food, had the nachos, 1/2 jerk chicken and cuban. Nachos werent bad but cheese was cold. Cuban tasted good but wasnt pressed and again, cheese not melted. Jerk chicken tasted good but cabbage was cool and dirty rice was bland. Overall, nothing special but considering this was only their 4th day of being open, I would give them another chance in a month or so.

Came here last weekend for drinks, they where very tasty! I like the inside decor but it could be better/more colorful considering the theme of the establishment. I did forget about the winter weather while I was in there thanks to the music (which I really enjoyed) and the decor, which gave off a tropical feel. Overall, a good experience for a brand new business. Will have to come back to try the food

Sat at the bar, Took over an hour to get an uncooked pizza. Majority of staff were sitting drinking at the bar telling Wild West bull crap stories. Bar tender couldnt figure out when to ask if I needed another drink. Place will shut down soon.
