Well they screwed my again, I ordered two #3 combos doubled, 1 #1 combo and a chicken leg. With their track record I knew to check the order and yup, they forgot the chicken. I told them and they gave me one and I went home. Once home I found that they didnt double the #3 combos. I called to get some kind of credit for future use but was told by Clarence that the only way they would fix it is if I came in within 24 hours. That was impossible because we are leaving for vacation early in the morning. So if you cant jump through their hoops to get what you paid for your screwed. I WILL NEVER GO BACK... EVER.... Even the car in front of me had bags going in and out of the windows because they couldnt get the order right.

Terrible service & terrible customer service. They messed up my order . had to drive back to Roy Rogers. Just for the manager to explain to me it was my fault. I asked for white meat and got dark. How is it my fault. Not to mention I couldnt even eat my food because I had to go back . I explained that because of their mistake I didnt have a chance eat my food. They didnt offer to make me a new burger, A coupon nothing .... I dont remember names but its was a manger trainee being trained by some lady from canada. Blind leading the deaf. Im so upset . Roy Rogers you failed me ...

Normally my experience with R.R. is excellent this time Im upset a sprite I ordered did not taste good meaning the soda machine wasnt fixed when my drink was made to go with my combo meal. I was just at this location an hour ago I cant reach a manager and called the store 3 times.

Not a clean place to eat. Not one table was clean, soda station looked like someone got sick in it. I had to ask for a soda from the drive thru station, sauce station was filthy as well. The manager blamed it on the night crew.

The food is awesome. The staff are always friendly and helpful when I order, and honestly if I could get a 3 piece meal for under 9 dollars it would be 5 stars. So it can be a little expensive for a poor high school kid.

You have got to try the Gold Rush Chicken Sandwich Combo!!! Juicy chicken, melted cheese, bacon & and sweet sauce. Fries are very good & the shakes are great! Drive Thru. Fixings Bar. RECOMMENDED!!!

I havent seen a Roy Rogers, in years. So of course was gonna take part. Needless to say the welcoming was just as I remember it. Food was dynamic. The crunch of the chicken was full blast, Giggle.

U need to not over fill ur mash potatoes n soda like u did today. I dont like gravy oozing outof the container, n i really dont like soda spilling off the top in my clean car. N no napkins wtf
