It seems they have 3 options: dine in (inside and outside seating), take out from a limited buffet or maybe cafeteria style line, and take out from full menu. I ordered from the full menu and ordered chicken skewers with cilantro rice, but my server did not understand me and ordered me the chicken with bone in and corn and pea rice. I also ordered the Causas. The chicken was delicious, fell off the bone, nice flavoring, and large portion. The rice was flavored nicely with thick, slightly chewy corn and peas. Also had nice flavoring. I was given 3 sauces and these were tasty and added additional flavor to the chicken. I liked the green sauce the best. The Causas are whipped potatoes and were, um, interesting. They were cold. The chicken was like a chicken salad mixture. I thought the potatoes were going to be stuffed with the chicken and served warm. It was good, just not what I expected and not sure I would order it again. The servers seemed nice and interactive with their tables. My server forgot a sauce and actually ran out in the parking lot to make sure I got it. Very impressive. They were attentive to me as I stood waiting on my order. I would recommend calling in your order ahead of time. Its loud, busy, and cramped in the waiting area. They have a nice selection of sodas and flavored drinks. I gave 4 stars simply due to price. Those 2 items came to $25, no drink. Although portion sizes were generous, thats too expensive for one meal and one starter, imo. The food and service deserve 5 stars. I wouldnt mind returning, but eating in next time and enjoying the meal fresh and hot.

fui con un grupo de 10 amigos y pudimos degustar varios platos las porciones son buenas pero toda la comida es salada y no tenian la cantidad suficiente de carne y tuve que cambiar 3 veces mi orden ya que lo que pedia despues de un rato regresaron y me dijeron que no habia suficiente carne y no salia mi orden asi me paso 3 veces la atencion de los meseros pesima muyyyyy mala atencion y una de las razones es porque el servicio es tan malo es porqque el tip va incluido en la cuenta como heramos un grupo grande el lugar no tiene capacidad para grupos grandes es muy extrecholasen fin si este negocio no continua es porque tiene que mejorar muchas cosas

Hoy fue la tercera vez que me cobraron De más! ! Tienen un precio en el menu y otro en el sistema... Porque eso fue lo Que me contesto la Señorita Que me cobro, sin ni si quiera pedir una disculpa... Ya que la vez anterior me pidieron disculpa y pude entender que fue un error, Pero hoy si pude comprobar que eso lo hacen a diario.... Asi que chequen su recibo y pidan detallado lo que estan comprando, especialmente cuando es para llevar... Ya que ni eso dan Si no hasta que uno lo pide. ... Mucho cuidado!

I went to this restaurant for the first time today Saturday August 08, 2015. I had a craving for Ceviche and I ordered Ceviche Clásico. The fish was not marinated at all, it was raw; seems that they put the Leche de Tigre and Aji over the fish just before bringing it to my table. I am so disappointed. The waiter tried to explain to me something about the lemon that didnt make no sense. Another waiter or supervisor came to my table when I was about to leave and asked me what happened. He offered to prepare another Ceviche but I said no and told him that Sardis has the best ceviche in the area and I was going there. I hope to come back to this place one day because I am from Perú and I would like to give them another try.

It is a scam, the food is not of the day, they freeze it, only the instant meals are fresh, We went to dinner yesterday 04/23/2017, ordered a beef short ribs with cilantro sauce and been, the center of the meat was frozen, it means that the meals that are not of the day, they freeze the meals, and thaw them when the Customer asks, what a rip-off, this lasts for several days, the fat frozen make me nausea, I did not want to eat anything, and I do not think I will ever go to this restaurant again, the food for my husband was OK, because they have to cook at the moment.

Love the chicken. Hate the service. Too slow. Lack of management. At times staff dont focus on responsibilities and run around like a chickens head is cut off. A waiter explained to me he was sorry for the long wait due to doing 50 roll ups in the back since the other waiter didnt do any prior to being relieved from shift. Thats a big mistake. You dont leave until you have provided all the next shifts with the tools they need to get their job done. Unless of course, the manager doesnt want to pay... Who knows. Slow service. Period. Dine out at all costs.

Food was really good. I asked for Lomo Saltado, very tasty but please, start the "flameado" on it using pisco, would be totally better :) I loved the Chaufa Aeropuerto and also, how would you charge $ 2.00 for "canchitas"? I know life is getting expensive but please, you have to know about the competence technique so you can make people want to go back to a nice place, nice food and with no charge on canchitas!!! You are about to be an upscale restaurant so go ahead!! Thank you for taking the time reading :)

Wasnt too busy so the servers were all crowed their station taking and laughing, it got quite loud and distracting. Patrons at bar were drunk and also very loud, they began walking around stopping tables interrupting people while eating with nonsense. The staff including manager totally ignored the situation, even when walking right past him with trays as if they were afraid of or knew him. Was very disappointed, service was barely adequate and the floor was very slippery.

I visited Pica this weekend and had a lovely experience! I tried the linguine lomo saltado weekend special and it was amazing ! The staff were amazing and it was nice to see Melissa working as a manager as I have been waited on by her in the past and enjoyed seeing her excell along with the other servers working! Ive been here before and have always had great service from the waiters! Definitely recommend this place to others!

Love the food. Service is a little iffy most of the time especially trying to get a refill on a drink. Menu has changed a few times over the years that I have been coming here, items have changed or been removed. Slight annoyance but overall the food is delicious and always has been. (Edit: previous review was 4 stars because of the service, they have improved over the years)
