Born and raised new yorker always lopking for decent pizza well heres my experience i walked in at 910pm they close at 930pm, I was told RUDELY "only to go they close in ten mins", ok first i know how to tell time that was a lie clearly. Now still determined to try this pizza we are looking at the menu at 913pm the other lady yells across the restaurant make your decision we close in 5mins. At this point we put down the menu and go to leave she made another comment so i walked up to her and explained her behavior is very un professional and with us being first time customers youd want to make the experience great so we would continue coming. So instead we are left with a terrible memory and never wanting to return. So much for my quest of good pizza.

I had been really enjoying this place since my move to the area, but in the past few months it has become quite terrible. The food lacks the quality it once had (and the fact that it is fully cooked in 2-3 minutes is scary), and the customer service has become nothing short of terrible. I actually had a waitress yell at me for taking too long to order (and I had only been there a few minutes). Im not sure what the deal is here, but despite it being less than a block away from my house, I can assure you all that Im not coming back. Youre better off eating at any of the other food places in the area. Seriously, avoid this place.

My family has been going here for over 15 years and never had a bad experience, and generally had quite a positive one. The wait staff are friendly and attentive, and the food, while not the greatest in the world, is delicious and satisfying. Their baked spaghetti is something Ive seen few other places and well worth trying, and they have a great deal worked out with the Giant in the same shopping center where, if you bring in the coupon in the back of the Giant receipt, their delicious pizzas become even more enticing with the reduced price. Why anyone in this area wouldnt make this a family favorite, I dont know.

My family has been eating here since 1986 and we have never been disappointed. The gyros are sumptuously filled and well-seasoned. The baked spaghetti has a hearty sauce that is not too sweet like many American versions. The steaks and shish kebabs cooked to order. The Greek and Athenian salads are a meal worth the drive due to the freshest ingredients. The atmosphere is family friendly and the wait staff attentive. Theres nothing fancy here, just good, hearty, and tasty food at an excellent price and in acomfortable setting. Its our family favorite

I really do not understand what people see in this place. Its as vanilla as you can get. Wait, thats not fair because I like vanilla. Ive been there several times because of its location. Every time I go I say , never again. Nothing here is wow. Greek salad is a sorry excuse for a salad. They should take note of Delias, Olympians, or even Uncle Charlies. Steak sandwich VERY boring, pizza...meh. Nothing tastes fresh. I really wish theyd update their menu and cooking because its a great location and a nice size family restaurant.

Great atmosphere, amazing servers and staff. I have come every week for over a year consistently. Good food, not a big selection, but what is there is amazing. Subs and cheese steaks are to die for, pizza is always made fresh and is great. Salads arent that great. But the best part is just how amazing all the people are. They are so kind, patient, and care about their customers. Always refilling drinks, seeing if you need anything else. Amazing place and would recommend to anyone.

We have been coming to this family-owned restaurant for over 20 years, I believe. They have watched our children grow up and have always welcomed our kids, including our younger son who had intellectual disabilities, autism, and some pretty severe behavior challenges into his adulthood. They were never bothered or inconvenienced by him but always were helpful and supportive. We love these folks and the food. They have the best rice pudding ever!

I enjoy eating at Saratoga. Everything Ive eaten has been enjoyable but I must complain about their wait staff. I go to Saratoga occasionally with a person with special needs. Every time the staff shows zero respect to this individual. They become frustrated and do not give as good service as I see them give to other customers. If this individual did not enjoy their food so much I would boycott this business.

I have lived in the area from age 7 to 26 and ever since the Saratoga Pizzeria came to town it has never changed. Great Greek and American food, from pizza to souvlaki, subs and pastas. They always treat you like family, and have yet to get our order wrong. We order carry-out at least once week from them. (=

I ordered the Gyro to go aournd 1130am thinking it would be fresh. Big mistake the meat was very dry, lettuce was and onions where soggy like they where left overs from yesterday. I even payed extra for onion rings, another mistake small portion and they were defenitly frozen kind. Dont waste your money.

We ordered a pizza half vegie (mushroom, onion, tomato) and half pepperoni. The cheese did not seem to be a blend, but just mozzarella. A legit pizzeria should know how to prep vegies, pre-sauté the mushrooms and choose the right tomatoes to avoid a soggy swamp mess in the middle. Very disappointed!

A group of friends and I have started a tradition of going o Sunday morning. Have been trying out the whole menu and have found everything to be quite tasty! The staff is always friendly and efficient. We have always walked out happy and full.

Love this wonderful neighborhood eatery. We visit almost every Saturday morning to enjoy their breakfast or a salad or sub for lunch. Their red sauce is really good - whether on pasta or pizza. Favorite item is a meatball pizza!

Im not a local and this is the first time Ive eaten here. It is the best .Ive tried other pizza from this area and it doesnt compare. because of my job i eat out a lot. So trust me, if it wasnt good I would say so.

Excellent Greek food but also one of the best pizzas Ive had in this area. Thin crust and no skimping on sides. Get the greek salad and youll love it if you can find the lettuce for all the lamb. Great place

For price point its decent food. Steak and cheese , pizza and pita are winners. Big portions too. Also they send out coupons regularly in the mail and sometimes on the back of giant receipt.
