We were told on the phone it would be 25-30 minutes for our pick up order. When we got there (after 30 minutes) the boy rang us up and walked away. We were standing to the side for about 15 minutes. It was a Friday night so I figured they were busy but it was getting to be too long. I walked up to the cashier (same boy that rang us up) and asked if they knew how much longer until our food would he ready. He looked in the hotbox that has the ready orders and and our order was in there. He had been in there since before we got there. We got pizza that had a burnt taste to the crust, mozzarella sticks that were also dark and breaded mushrooms. We got 7 mushrooms in our order that cost almost $6. It was not a good experience what so ever and will probably not go back.

Used to really like this place, especially the meatballs and cheese sub. Today there was so little sauce on it, I could barely choke it down. When I asked for a small cup of sauce the guy had the nerve to tell me there would be an additional charge. How much can a couple teaspoons of sauce cost them. Also, the meat on my wifes steak and cheese tasted like it had been frozen for about a year. NOT going back there!

The food is awful what happen to this place it use to be so good the cold cuts had so much meat and was toasted nice they gave little meat and didnt even use real mayo omg the cheese steak wasnt even a real steak it was steakums with no season

There is no question ... the Italian Sub - Toasted (Hot) is hands down the best one we have ever had. Stavros is our new go to place. The staff is extremely focused on customer service and on serving consistent, amazing food !!!!!
