Used to be a very good place - 4 stars or more. Hadnt been there in 7 - 9 months. Going back, I found almost all tables dirty ( 2 were "clean enough for me to wipe down with a napkin and sit there. The service was about as lackluster as I have ever seen - the cashier closed my check before I could say anything about drinks with our food. When I said about wanting drinks, he grabbed two cups and TOSSED them onto the counter in front of me. Fortunately, since he already closed the ticket, I got the drinks for free. When ordering my food, both guys were in such a hurry, they were passing the bowl down the counter before I could order all the items I wanted. After the first one gave me a meat and the rice, he completely ignored that I had requested double meats, but started dumping the queso cheese on it BEFORE asking me if I wanted the cheese (fortunately, I did want it), then got a little strange when I asked to the second meat of the requested double meats. I have historically gone here on weekdays. This time was a Sunday, June 4th. Maybe the weekend crews dont have the same training or interpersonal relationships skills as the weekday employees. Maybe, Ill just return to weekdays only, but with my work schedule now 12 days on the weekdays, it wont be until I retire at the end of this year.

I was in for lunch @ 11:07AM. Thats 7 minutes after opening. Remember that. Employees were friendly. They were a bit haphazard at putting the ingredients on my tacos. A lot of cross contamination of ingredients. The biggest point to I have to make and had I realized I wouldnt have eaten here: The place is filthy dirty. After I got my food and sat down in the dinning area I realized this fact. Food and smudges over all the tables, dirt all over the floor. Windows and doors had finger prints all over them. This was 7 minutes after opening! Which tells you they didnt even clean the dining area before opening. Which also leads you to question what the cleanliness of the kitchen is. Gross. Also, the cashier was weird. She would sit in a booth and watching videos on her cell phone until you were about 3/4 through the line. Then run up to ring you up. After she handed you your reciept, she would go back to the booth and start watching videos again. I find that to rather rude and unprofessional. I would avoid this place for its hygiene concerns. But dont avoid Qdoba itself. If you find a properly managed restaurant, it is actually very good. Better than Chipotle IMO.

This place needs to be closed by the health department. Went in for dinner (Saturday night) and waited in line for 35 minutes. I was willing to forgive that until: I noticed a foot and a half pile of cooked chicken on a counter not being heated or used for the entire time Im in line. Line workers who kept disappearing for 5-10 minutes at a time slowing everything down. A cashier who kept scratching his head and touching peoples food. A large puddle (1ftx2ft) of stagnant water and food debris all over the kitchen floor. Every table was dirty in the restaurant the entire time I was there. No one cleaned a single one. When I brought this to the managers attention, he said "were busy, its the dinner rush"...told him I didnt care and it needed to be handle before someone was made sick. Nothing was done the entire time I was there (including after I spoke to him). Health hazard with an epidemic waiting to happen.

I agreed that the ingredients are fresh. The portions are small for the money, though. Sadly when we asked for more meat, since my son wasnt asking for much else to go into it, their response was ridiculous. We mentioned to the manager that other restaurants would honor such a request but this manager said, "well we will have to tell the other restaurants to stop giving you so much." This is like saying to me, "please never come back." Dont worry, Qdoba, we wont. We would rather make our own burritos or make the effort to go to Chipotle.

This place USED to be good and clean. On my previous visit, I went in on a weekend day instead of my usual weekday. The substandard service and amount of uncleaned tables, I was hopefully assuming it was because of staffing by part-time high school kids. My recent visit on an early Friday evening proved it seems to be the new normal. I have previously preferred Qdoba over Chipotle. With a new Chipotle having opened in this area, I will be at the newer place for fast-food Mexican in Eldersburg.

Apparently endemic to Qdoba just like its parent company,. Nice menu and atmosphere, but sloppy and sometimes questionable sanitation practices. Soda machine robot touch screen was filthy. No gloves on employees. Going from register to food handling. Better than chipotle in every respect. But still fast food run by kids that dont know or care about proper food handling. Not likely to end up in illness, but it grosses people out since its all on display

Qdoba is the place to go if you are craving a fat burrito or a delicious taco. The service is very quick and the staff are quite friendly. There always seems to be a line around lunch time and dinner time and thats because this place does not disappoint. I wish they gave you a little more meat when they make your burrito considering the prices they charge for them can be a little costly, however, the taste & quality of it all is worth the $$

Friendly staff, quick service, however the kitchen, service are is a mess. Trash in clear sight overflowing from the receptacle. Food spatter everywhere. Cross contamination of the dood items from spillage. Food on the floor in work are. I blame the manager fir allowing the work and food service area to be in such state. Clean it up and the rate will go up.

Ive had mixed results with Qdoba, in my last visit I got dragged in by my friends and everything treated great, and the next morning we all had Diarra. It happens about half the time we eat there so maybe we all have weak constitutions or maybe its not as fresh or clean as it could be in the food prep. Either way 3 stars. Good food but be warned.

This eatery has a nice cozy feel. Its typical of the fast causal style of eaterys. The food was good, and served hot the way I like it. Also, this location has the special Coke machine where you can chose lets say Coke and then make it cherry Coke or vanilla Coke. I love those machines.

Service left everything to be desired. Someone went from cleaning tables to handling our food. Gross. Then complained that she didnt want to be working. Food was half priced and I still wouldnt come again.

The workers here are always very nice and fast with the service. I wish I knew how to quit you, Qdoba. And that youd bring back the mango salsa....

Extra guacamole is free! Also the DIY soda machine has many, many choices not available at most places.

Have been here for lunch a few times. Much better food quality then their competitor in Westminster.
