The food here is mediocre as far as Thai food goes, but they deliver, so Ive been a patron...until today. After ordering 2 dishes at 5pm, and was told it would be an hour. Fair enough. Its snowing. I figured they needed some time to get here (its less than 3 miles from the restaurant). Then, at 6:15, I called them to see if they could give me an ETA. Yes, they said, hes on his way to your house right now. Called again at 6:30pm, asking for an ETA, and again said, hes on his way. I pressed a little, and then they told me it would be at least another half an hour. REALLY? SERIOUSLY? If you new that the food I was going to take 2 hours to get here, then why didnt you say 2 hours!!! I canceled the order and whipped up some mac and cheese for the kids, since it was way past their dinnertime already, and figured I would just eat something out of the freezer. Im so angry that I will NEVER eat at this place again. Theres a new thai restaurant that delivers on Colesville, and Ill go straight to them next time.

I went here for lunch and had the worst experience in a restaurant so far. I ordered a seafood plate here. At some point when I began eating I noticed that I was biting into something really hard and crunchy. I figured I had gotten a bite of part of a muscle shell. Instead I pull out a few legs and it turns out it was a dead mini crab. I almost vomited in my mouth. The manager came over and asked if all was ok. I said it would be fine because I didnt want to insult her. However, when we realized that I just couldnt eat the rest because I was too grossed out... I mentioned to her that for next time perhaps they could pay closer attention to the seafood they serve. The plate was $18 and way overpriced for the tiny portion as well. She said there was nothing she could do and to tell her again sooner next time. She had the biggest attitude when I wasnt asking for anything and just bringing it to her attention for future customers. NEVER AGAIN. DISGUSTING

They deliver. Thats it. It was edible, I think. I had the chicken satay and it was average, at best. They must have gotten the sauce pre-made but they only give you a thimble full so it only helped a little. I had the ginger chicken and it was bland, so bland that I had to force myself to eat it. I didnt have any taste to it, like it went through a special machine to make it devoid of taste. My 4 year old who eats everything wouldnt eat it. I felt sorry for her and made her some frozen chicken nuggets. I am so fond of thai food and I was desperate for a place that delivered to upper NW. I will drive to Spices from now on since they dont deliver to your house but they deliver on the food.... I only had 2 dishes. We didnt care for them. I am a business owner so I know how it goes. Read all of the reviews and make your own choice. Just because I had a mediocre experience doesnt mean that you will too...

Slightly pricey, but way worth it. For appetizers I ordered the Thai Garden Salad, and my boyfriend ordered the Fried Calamari. We were both pleasantly surprised. For entrees, I ordered the Broccoli Lovers Jae with Chinese Broccoli and my boyfriend ordered the Pineapple Fried Rice (with chicken instead of pork). My entree was amazing, and I was very excited that they gave you the option of either regular broccoli or Chinese broccoli. My boyfriends was also very good. I got a Thai Iced Tea, which was great (Im a bit picky about those), and my boyfriend got the Blue Hawaii, which was also great. The best part of the experience was the service. The waitress checked to make sure both our appetizers and entrees were ok, but was not at all overbearing or hovering. We will definitely go back.

I just have the worts experience here I just came in this is probably my 10 time in this place they are 4 table full all boots not been used. I ask to seat there and the woman on the counter says no because I have kids and them I ask to talk to the manager and she point somebody in the back. And them I say Can you please ask him to come and she replay. I am the manager in that point . I say why you dont want to seat us. And say very rude . I wont seat you there. Now I understand the reason why is only few people eaten there . I will tell everyone not to come here . Its so bad the the food is good but the service is not. Good look with your employees

Worst experience ever!!! Food is just OK. The bill included a hand-written tip estimate. As I payed with credit card, I thought they would already include everything. We payed and were walking out when the waitress followed us, when I was already outside she screamed at us asking for the tip. For everyone in the street it looked as if we were stealing something!!!! It was the worst experience ever, I felt so ashamed and embarrassed!! Fortunately I had some money in cash and gave it to her. Ps: tip should be voluntary. Ps2: I dont know if the food was in bad conditions or it happened in consequences of the stress, but I felt sick the rest of the day.

I came here with my friend on busy Friday night, we love them at the begining with nice decoration and clean. WE shared the Duck Roll and Shrimp cake as appertizer.which was great. My friend had Chicken Mussamun Curry with bread, I had Drunken Noodle with beef OMG nothing left on plate. Finally we agree to share the best dessert Sweet Sticky rice with mango. We are falling in love the restaurant. For the service, our server was amazing, she came to the table with water when we were seated. The food came out very quick and hot. How come they can do everything very quick, even the were very busy for Friday night. We will go back soon.

KITCHEN NIGHTMARE--DO NOT EAT HERE! The food is not fresh, Today I ordered two appetizers and a main dish for my pregnant co-worker. When the food arrived the appetizers looked and tasted as if it had been cooked several days before. Soggy, burnt and cold. The main dish also was cold and watery like left overs that had been reheated in the microwave. Management did finally return my money minus the tip for the driver but they DID NOT apologize or take responsibility for sending out bad food and they went even further by calling me back after the food was returned to question why all of it wasnt brought back. Stay Away!!

I dont know if the food is good or not because I already have a poor taste in my mouth from the TERRIBLE customer service I received over the phone. The receptionist barely let me get a word in between .5 second pauses, she hung up on me before I had a chance to give specific delivery instructions to my home and when I called back to clarify I was hung up on AGAIN. I dont know about you but customer service goes a long way. Busy or not at least give your paying customers a chance to speak.
