This place left me feeling very disappointed... its a nice little diner right at the bays edge (as the name implies), but the food and service was a little lackluster. The softshell crab sandwich was just deep-fried whole crab on white bread with a side of tartar sauce. No lettuce or tomato to be found. The crab itself was pretty flavorless, and you could tell it had been awhile since the oil in the fryer had been changed out. Dont think Ill be back... its certainly not the worst place Ive been to eat, but its far, far below the best.

The people who work here are so sweet! How can the owners serve a sandwich that is the size of my fist...a $10 BLT! It consists of maybe 2 1/2 slices of bacon on a decent white toasted bread and it isnt bad. But its small. And thats all you get.....if you want chips its $1.50 extra. Dont expect a pickle, some slaw or hush puppies. Go to the food lion if you have a toaster and a microwave. Its a sad disgrace to put forth no respect on the plate for the price they charge. But, the people are nice and the place is clean and cute!

Ordered carry out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a large part and ordered several items. The food quality was mixed Good: wings, pizza, cheeseburger Ok: broiled crab cake Not good: crab balls ,fried crab cake, corn nuggets, Terrible: French fries Im not sure if their frier was having issues or what, but almost everything that we ordered fried was disappointing. The fries were especially bad. The place was clean and the view was amazing. Still as somewhat disappointing experience.

The food was so-so good.The people were great.Got to meet the owners,and man what a great couple they are.I felt right at home here.The cream of crab was out of this world.I am going to tell the people back at City Hall in Baltimore, about how great this place is.Again awesome just awesome. Before I left to go home I bought some of their famous stew tomatoes., man they are to die for.Thanks again to the outstanding friends at the Waters Edge Cafe.

I was disappointed. The decor in the 60s style part was interesting, but it did not look like you could actually eat there? The crab dip and the cream of crab soup were bland....very little seasonings or crab.....the crab imperial on the fish was over cooked, was more like a scrambled egg omelet....not supposed to be like that. The waitress would disappear for long periods....sorry, they need to improve

Comfortable and relaxed chicken sandwich lunch with sweet iced tea. I was so thirsty, they gave me 2 extra refills no charge. I look forward to returning when Im back in the area.plus friendly staff.

Great burger and fries yesterday. Burger was large and juicy, fries were fresh cut. Food like your mother would make for you. Super friendly staff. Just order early for the lunch rush.

Great place to eat. We ate there twice while in Crisfield. There are actually 3 restaurants right next to each other that are connected. Three different atmospheres to enjoy.
