Beautiful indoor. Restaurant has decent amount of seating both indoors and outdoors. Unfortunately I had to wait for literally every item I wanted that wasnt rice. (Mushroom chicken, orange chicken, ragoons and honey walnut shrimp were all out and they didnt even fire them all at the same time. They staggered it ) the food its self was hot and good once I finally received it 17 minutes later. The worst part of this fact they were not apologetic at all, they acted like I was an inconvenience for standing there waiting and when I opened it I had the wrong side : rice instead of veggies :( its ok, Ill give it to my dog. He likes rice.

We always like to go inside to pick our food choices. Food is nicely displayed and constantly being rotated out for freshly made items. Slight wait for food this visit during lunch rush, but worth it for freshness. The Orange chicken has a slight kick of spice but is delectable. Honey walnut shrimp is my favorite. Nut allergies are clearly labeled with each menu item and staff were very accommodating to ensure my spouses nut allergy had no cross contamination. Staff are friendly and even gave us a free drawstring bookbag. Very pleasant experience, highly recommend.

Food is no different than other panda expresses. Horrible service. In high traffic; most times they get the food wrong, the drive thru is awfully slow. Its the slowest panda express i ever been too. Food is often served cold, talking to the order taker is a pain. Overall its a poor representation of the franchise. If i could give a half star i would. This is me being fed up with the service after two years coming here because i love me some panda express. I hope somebody see this....FIX IT!!

BEST customer service in ALL OF WALDORF. If youve ever stopped anywhere in Waldorf then you know that customer service is extremely lacking; even Chik-Fi-Le has rude employees! But at this Panda Express they are Always nice and cordial. Also, I dont think Ive ever been served food that wasnt freshly made, no matter what time of day.

If I could rate it lower, I would. The ice machine was broken and the cashier stated that its been on the fritz shortly after they opened. Also, they were out of sauces and the pump for additional sauce was broken. Horrible experience. My experience at other locations is great, but this "somewhat" new location is HORRIBLE.

The great thing about this location... The food is fresh. The down side usually they have one or two very slow moving team members that slow down the dinner line. So be prepared to wait. The workers are very respectfully and nice. Only some are very slow.

The Worse. Went through drive thru got my Food wrong yet again. So I waited this time. They still couldnt get it right. They wait to tell me they out of the sauce I want after I pay. I told you what I waited 3times. Not Worth $11.00 Smh

This Panda Express location was impressive! It had very clean indoor and outdoor areas and the architectural designs possesed beautiful touches of minimalism. The entire place seems to be just as much a work of art as it is a restaurant.

Walked into Panda Express at 7pm on a Sunday. They close at 9:30. There was barely any food left and they told is that was all there was, they were not making any more. We walked out since there was nothing left that looked worth eating.

The staff in here were actually nice. Another good reason I moved out here. The food is great as always. Im really glad that they are allergy conscious by not cooking all food in the same grease (shellfish allergies). Nice place!

This visit wasnt the best. Some of the items looked dried out like they had been out for a long time. The rice was not as good as usual. I went around 1pm so although it was the lunch rush it was not busy at all.

Visited this place and the food (string beans and shrimp) were not fresh. The floors and tables were filthy. No one seemed to pay attention to detail and how the front of the store was looking.
