I was a long time customer, however called in to make an order....first couldnt get through, second they tell me to fax the order. So I fax the order in, get a confirmation and wait. 45 minutes go by, I call, no one answers, I call again, someone gets on the phone and says sorry we cant make that and I didnt call you. WTF?? Seriously I dont care if you are busy or not, I have people waiting on lunch that you arent even making. If you cant do business then dont!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Youve lost my business for good and I will make sure to share that with everyone.

Ordered lunch for a client meeting. Upon ordering, I was told that the total amount was $97.41. I gave them my credit card number over the phone. When the order was delivered, the charge was $133.24 and they had already charged my card. When I called them back, they said that $133.24 was right, the $97.41 was wrong. I asked why they didnt call and tell me, they said they were busy. I wouldnt give them your credit card number if you order from them.

Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. I use this establishment a lot to place orders for lunch and I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Before I was even done ordering, the person taking my call said, "We cant come there for just one sandwich. Sorry. Too far." Excuse me? I wasnt finished ordering. I will no longer use this place, which makes me sad because I really like their food but thats no way to treat someone!

Great variety on the menu, and the food tastes great too. Happy to substitute turkey bacon on a sandwich if you do not eat pork (which is becoming harder to find in a restaurant these days.) Id eat here everyday if my wife would let me.

My colleagues and I always order a handful of subs, sandwiches, fries, and onion rings and Taney Town never fails to mess up a customized order! You know the food is delicious esp during lunch time because it gets crowded.
