Worst Hibachi Ive ever experienced. Not only did they keep forgetting our tables food but they kept screwing up the orders. Okay, I get that sometimes people have off days. Fine. Heres a kicker. This restaurant attempts to deceive its customers. Double check their policy which is clearly displayed up front "18% service charge will be added to parties of 5-12 guests. 20% will be charged to parties of 13+ guests. This includes separate checks within a party." We had a party of THREE (3) tonight and they charged us 20%. First the guy says he can charge us what he likes and he doesnt have to inform us. I read him the state laws. He starts stuttering. He gives us the money back but not before he says they are charging everyone who walks in regardless of size because its Presidents Day. Where is your sign? Where!?! Nothing. Last thing he says is Im not going to argue about money with the likes of you. Really? Thats okay because Im going to have a nice conversation with the IRS tomorrow. Since they are choosing to deceive people by charging everyone gratuities which the law states they dont have to pay taxes on those gratuities when its a party of less than 10 people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE CROOKS.

First been here at least a 100 times always pleasant today was not wife had a full plate of food the cook poured water of the hot surface to clean as he stated to clean the dirty hot water from the grill went to her face and close and food his comment was I got burn to baby and Im not complaining smh manager made us pay for her meal still her name is Claire Burano I had no problem pay for mines but hers after what just happened the worst customer service I ever seen again we been here never had issues no us by name I will never come to this location again manger said ok the worst

UNSANITARY! ROACHES! I went to eat with my family and my father found a roach in his soup! The owner had the audacity to say that his NEXT meal would be free of charge! I almost caused a scene and said if he did not refund the entire purchase I would go around the entire restaurant and show everyone the roach. He finally refunded our money- very unhappily- and the worst part was HE STILL LEFT THE SOUP on the buffet for others to eat! GROSS will NEVER go there again and definitely DO NOT recommend going there to eat.

Came to town (Bowie, MD) to celebrate my mom and sisters birthday... Waited 2.5 hours to be seated (after being told the wait was 45 minutes)... And the wait was accompanied by the Tactless supervisor John! Manager John lacks customer service! Very rude guy who made our first experience memorable! Food was average hibachi... I will NEVER return!

Worst place Ive ever been. The manager has no customer service skills. There were roaches. Came with some work girlfriends, 4 of us total. We had separate checks and they charged us 20% gratuity each! When I brought it up to the manager he told me I was welcome to leave. Im calling the health department.

Bad representation of the sakuria brand..... Service was bad... Cooks and servers had attitudes... Soda machine only produced flat soda..... "yum yum" sauce didnt taste like the other locations.... The Woodbridge location is the best one I have been too then 2nd is the waldorf.....

I go only for the Sushi. Because I live in Bowie, there is no "real" Sushi place to go to except for Sakura and Habachi at the Town Center. Sushi has always been very fresh and Ive always enjoyed the atmosphere at the bar.

Love it, love it, love it! This is are favorite place. Whenever I ask my family where they want to go its Sakura. Carlos is a great chef. The place is fun and we always have a great time.
