This place has terrible managers. I came two different times for a scheduled job interview. First off, I had completed 2 previous interviews here and was scheduled for a 3rd. When I came for the 3rd interview I came earlier than the time we had scheduled, not only did I wait past the time we had scheduled but I waited 2 MORE HOURS only to be told that the manager was to busy to do the interview. I had paid someone 25$ to drive me to this interview. So whatever I rescheduled I came in two days later again a half an hour early and waited again 2 MORE HOURS past that was scheduled, and again had paid someone A $20 to bring me here. NOT ONLY THAT but both times I had to bring my baby because my wife was at work. Which the manager was aware of because he had told me that it was okay to bring him when I had explained the situation. I got tired of waiting and left. The manager told me they were hiring because apperntly some of the staff working there werent doing a great job. But I honestly think that its the managers that are causing the restaurant to fail. If they cant keep an interview appointment after 2 chances I can only imagine how they are handling running the whole establishment. I feel so disrespected and I have wasted a whole lot of time here that I couldve spent somewhere else. Id probably have a job by now had I not spent this whole time showing up for 5 different interviews to work here as a server. I will never come back here. And neither will friends and family. Im telling you all so you have fair warning, good luck.

The service at this location is terrible. I arrived at 11:00 pm told them I had a party of 7 but at the time only 5 was present. Not only did they sit a party of 6 that came 20 mins after me with no reservations, they didnt acknowledge the mistake they made in forgetting about us. Then they gave me a waiter who explained it was only his second day working their. We place our orders right away at 11:45 because my daughter said she would be leaving prom at 12 midnight so I went ahead and place her order so it would be ready by the time she arrived. Not only did we not get our drinks until a hour after ordering and the appetizers came out first. It was 1:30 and we still didnt have a salad, burger, and Alfredo, when we told the manager we wanted to cancel the order he said PERFECT as if he was happy about the mistake they made as a business and didnt feel like being bothered at that point. But not only that the table behind us food came out and they were their a hour after us and was told there food would be free. Then the general manager who doesnt deserve that title at all became very combative about the situation instead of helping it. Now I`m a store manager when things get tight you have to put in work they just threw that newbie in the fire which wasnt fair at all. On top of that my stomach has been hurting all morning i believe the couple of wings they did bring out werent done smh they need to close this place down.

In a recent review I talked about an incident that happened with my change. I am updating my review to reflect the companys response which I think deserves five stars. When it happened, I experienced a few different emotions about the event. In hind site I wish I had asked to speak with the manager because it wasnt about the money as much as how I was made to feel because I asked about the change. I am very happy to update readers about my experience with Fridays since the incident. A representative of the company took out the time to call me to find out what happened while I was at the restaurant. I was very appreciative of this call because to me it said Fridays values their customers. She didnt downplay my questioning of the change as small and insignificant. During the call I was told that it is not the policy of Fridays to keep your change that jingles. I was also happy to hear that this will be investigated so it does not happen again. I really appreciate a company that takes the time to actually read twitter posts and blogs and respond to customer concerns no matter how small it may seem on the surface. This is the reason I will continue to enjoy the food and atmosphere at Fridays with my daughter.

I would of gave them 2 star (for not seating 10 of Us when we was going to be a party of 17 (but it was 18, with lil children thats hungry, and the unlimited appetizers 3 on the plate, and food delivery time was so long ,,I got there at 9:30pm & it was 1:40am when I left ) but I changed my mind after hearing how 2 suspose to be adults was giving our Server ( I Choose not to sit at that table some people dont behave in a house You know how theyll be in PUBLIC) (1 Server )unnecessary Verbally rude and directly a hard time as she served Our food , and only 2 out of 18 was so mean this adds extra burden on Our Server (they even written horribly on the receipt WOW ) not giving her a tip WOW it wasnt about these two rude adults. It was to Celebrate the Birth Of Samantha whom wanted to come to TGI Friday on a Monday hey its her Birthday LOL I dont feel anyone deserve to be treated Hatefully at work or any where by ignorant, rude, spoling the Event that not about them

This has got to be some of the worse service I have ever received in any restaurant. There was no hostess to greet us at the door. When I asked for assistance, I got nothing but attitude and was told to wait. When I was finally seated, my husband and I waited for 25 minutes and no one came over to take our order, explain the delay, or even offer a glass of water. I finally asked the bartender if there was anyone assigned to the table near the bar where we were seated. He told me no. Why would we be seated there if there was no wait staff for the table. Finally, the bartender waited on us but everything took way too long to come out and it did not all come out together. This is a location that I have visited frequently over the years and the service was great but this last time was an epic fail. I did not meet one professional in the bunch of staff working there. Please revamp your staff so that everyone can enjoy their dining experience. Totally disappointed!

We went there for lunch. We sat at the bar and then waited at least 10 minutes until any employee noticed we were there. Then, we ordered and then began the waiting game. Entertained by nothing other than funny-tasting tap water and our unsuccessful attempt to get my dirty fork replaced (it came wrapped up with the utensils, already dirty), even though he said he would replace it. We then proceeded to observe as everyone else was served their food including at least two other couples who arrived after us. Then, we were finally served our food without so much as an apology for the more than 30 minute wait, despite the absence of other patrons upon our arrival at the bar. The food was mediocre at best and the server took his time collecting payment, which was par for the course considering the performance up to that point. In short, dont bother coming here. You will probably be more satisfied with a meal from any other place, and that includes McDonalds.
