I went there to purchase a dozen of $1 crabs this evening and to my surprise, half of that dozen had black pepper specks in them and they had a funny taste. After I googled and researched, I found that the crabs had a case of "Pepper Spot Disease" which is caused when a crab becomes infected with a parasite, and then that parasite becomes infected by another parasite (called a hyperparasite.) The disease is easily seen as tiny black specks (approximately 0.5mm in diameter) which are visible throughout the crabs tissues. I informed the manager about the issue and instead of offering a refund, credit, or free appetizer for the inconvenience and unsatisfactory crabs; he explains to me how the same incident happened to him years ago, smh. I found that to be unrelated to the situation that I was experiencing because he offered NO SOLUTION to the problem. I will not patronize this business ever again. What ever happened to customer satisfaction and standing by quality food products and services?!

Great AFFORDABLE crabs!! Best prices in town! I got garlic butter to dip my crabs in and it was fantastic! Made them taste so good! Plus the staff is all friendly and they treat us like family! You really have to be a bad person to get them angry. Such a nice place. Would 10/10 go again and recommend!

The food selection here is vast! Good diner food and better than diner service. There used to be movies but now its just food and drinks. Great steamed crabs. For every dozen crabs you order, you can collect a Crab Chip. Collect 5 to get a sixth, free dozen.

Very fascinating I like the old school diner environment with the old figurines and the drinks are good friendly staff , at home diner feel nice size also offer movies. Prices are average some things are a bit more expensive but affordable overall.

Why do they charge you $1.00 for butter to go with your crabs????? The gumbo was just some chicken soup with added shrimp. Had to send it back. Not good!!!! The price of the crabs are fairly expensive. Lets see how they taste. Im still waiting.

Had crabs with butter and wings there the other day and they were perfect. Nice and meaty, quality seasoning etc. Prices on crabs are competitive and the food is quality. I will continue to buy all my crabs here

Very quaint movie theatre....elvis,Betty boop,Frank Sinatra and boys ,blues brothers are all there in life size stairs and so much more ...food good price way reasonable ..service awesome

Who charges for butter with crabs??? Add into the price but dont treat it like its simething that its not. Theres no charge for ketchup, mustard, salad dressing etc. The NERVE!
