The first time I ordered from this place the food was not great It was delivered cold and they forgot my soda. So i called instead of refunding me for my soda they offered me a credit. They told me that their credit card system does not do refunds?!?! The next time I ordered I figured Id use my credit and they allowed me to use the credit on the account and I ordered my meal. Before I hung up the lady that took my order asked if I plan to pay cash or credit. I opt to pay cash since the benefits of having a credit refund is not a option at the restaurant anyway. I advised her that Id would pay cash and to have the driver bring change. So when the driver arrives, I had her two 20 dollar bills and since the total was less I should have been given change, instead the driver tells me that she can only give me $6.00 back because she does not have change. I let her have the difference as a tip. I was quite disappointed that a delivery driver would not carry enough change to break a 20 dollar bill. I believe either the young lady wasnt so bright or she just wanted to get a bigger tip. I called the restaurant to advise them of what happened and they couldnt have cared less. Instead she told me that I should have told them the exact amount of change that I would need?!?!... I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service this place has. Hopefully the owners care enough to resolve my complaints...but I highly doubt it. But the employee should at least be advised of what they should have done instead of leaving a customer feeling like they just have been hoodwinked. I will try another restaurant for my lazy Friday night meals...hopefully their is another local Asian food restaurant that actuslly cares about customer service.

We ordered online for delivery and it took over an hour for us to get our food. When I called to ask what was happening with our order, the lady says, "Yea, he left a while ago...but you know, on rainy days like this...he should be there in a few more minutes." ... Their restaurant is literally right across the street from where we were having it delivered...The delivery guy comes and I try to ask if he just left to bring it here and such, and he didnt understand a single word I was saying to him. We reviewed the online reviews before ordering, as it was our first time eating their food. A lot of people were saying that they were generous with their portions. I get that we ordered from the lunch specials, but the amount of food some of us got for the price we paid didnt seem fair, at all. Smallest lunch special bowl of noodles Ive ever seen. Their site also said that the lunch noodles came with steamed rice and a spring roll. They only got the noodles and a spring roll. I asked for a sprite that they charged me $2 for and they sent me a regular single serve bottle of sprite. All the other Chinese take-out/delivery places Ive ever eaten at charge $2-$2.50 and they send a full 2 liter bottle...All in all, extremely disappointing.

I was very dissatisfied!! The soft shell crab app had only two pieces amongst heavily battered broccoli, onions, sweet potatoes and eggplant!!! All I wanted was soft shell that I could taste not a ton of batter! Also sushi roll had lettuce inside which made roll fall apart. Roll had way to much veggies inside and again no taste of seafood! The sushi I ordered other than the roll of course was the only somewhat satisfying thing I ordered. Paid $60 bucks and I wish I had just gone to the grocery store!

I ordered at 11:09am three items that included 2 sushi rolls and fried wontons. At 12:30pm my food still had not been delivered. I am never ordering a delivery from them again. The lady over the phone claims they only had 1 driver. I couldve picked the food up myself!! The food was delivered cold, despite the fact that they are 0.4 miles from my home!! Here is the best part, they delivered the sushi, with no soy sauce! Who does that? Sushi with no soy sauce! Never again!!!

Normally the food here is fine, nothing special, but good prices, and they deliver. Tonight though, we thought wed get a special treat for a special occasion; we got a $45 sushi and sashimi platter (the rainbow bridge) . Unfortunately, they had lemon slices mixed in everywhere and *ruined* the food! Everything tasted really strongly of lemon. And when I called and told them, the woman on the phone just said she was sorry,and shed tell the chef not to do it next time.

The sushi is good but the service is horrible. They dont put their menu on their own website so they dont hold to the items or prices as is posted on their website. How do you run a business if another company puts up an incorrect menu for your own website?!? We paid to have food delivered and I had to drive up there to get mine fixed. What a waste of time and money!

Our experience was pleasant. We had a quick dinner one weekday evening. The service was efficient. We enjoyed our food: vegetarian egg rolls, edamame, and broccoli teriyaki. Sadly, there was no brown rice. Total bill was $15 plus change and tip.

Used to be good a long time ago. Must have changed owners. Now food is cold and they always forget something. If getting take out better empty your bag on the counter and check to make sure you have everything.

Have enjoyed every meal to date. They have the best fried rice I have ever had. Going up now to pick up a large Pork Fried Rice for lunch Delicious. Clean, and good parking, with a bar for a nice evening meal.

Food is good but man theyre stingy as hell with those fortune cookies. You as for extra and you get ONE. They arent gold bars I know you can afford them. Might go elsewhere because of this.

Delicious Roast Pork noodle soup. Way better than Pho soup places popping up everywhere. Very clean restaurant with quick service. Fried rice is the best. I love their steam dumplings.

My favorite place for Chinese in Bowie, and Ive probably tried them all. The Sushi is very good, too. Not amazing, but good quality and a good price.
