I was excited to try the new Bagbys having eaten at similar concepts in the past. Unfortunately other than the service (which was top notch), I was thoroughly disappointed. First, if you want to "build your own" be prepared to be completly nickle and dimed. Every single topping is extra - not true to other build your own concepts including pizza competitors. Four individual pizzas cost us over $60. Next, if you are Gluten free, be prepared to have the same premade garbage crust you get at any big chain. Finally, I like cheese, but all of our pizzas were smothered in so much we could barely eat more than a slice. Hope at some point they are able to refine the build your own concept as others have done.

food and service were pretty good but the place was a mess. there were maybe three customers in there eating and no line when we visited but every single table was dirty. crumbs, pizza sauce, toppings. ditto for the floor. we cleaned off a table and the seats (they were covered in crumbs too) and ate there. the trash was getting full when we dumped our stuff and the tubs where you put your dishes were overflowing with dirty dishes. during our visit no one ever cleaned up the seating area; didnt seem to be much of a concern to the staff.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!......This place is fake first of all the pizza had no grease and was paper thin the salad looked like someone raked the yard out back and threw it in a bowl also the tried to put leafs on my pizza..who the hell puts leafs on a pizza and its it with a fork???.... ((THESE GUYS)).. I guess its my own fault I should have noticed the lack of fat people eating here. It was nothing but bougie white people trying to act rich!!

The Kale salad is very good but the grain bowl tops them all. Ive also had the pizza with fresh mozzarella, tomato and balsamic vinegar. All options appear to be very healthy. Looking forward to more featured dishes. I also agree with one of the writers, the staff is very friendly however no one is on the floor wiping tables as patrons leave. A friend of mine and I had to clean our table.

The food was very good, but the service from the staff at this location was barely okay... It was obvious that we had never been there; we were literally the only customers there; and all 3 people on the line just stared at us as we struggled to figure out what the ordering process was. No one stepped up to help out at all. Maybe they were all new, but it just tarnished the whole experience.

Disgusting. Was on my way home after back to school night hoping for some good pizza. But nooooo. It ruined pizza for me for a few months(until i had pizza city). I tell you the smell of the pizza was toxic. And the i brushed my teeth twice and it didnt help get the taste out. Im afraid to try this place again cause im not very keen on wasting money.

Pizza is great, but they really need to invest in seating. All of their chairs are missing at least one cap on the bottom of the chair legs, which makes the chair unstable. I sat in one this past Wednesday and fell out of it. The manager/owner was there, she came over and asked if I was okay, but that was all. I wont ever dine there again.

Created a personal pizza with bacon and ham. All toppings were fresh and very good. My wife got the beet salad and said it was one of the best salads she has ever eaten. We also shared a slice of their seasonal cheesecake and it was absolutely fantastic. Will surely be back and definitely recommend.

OMG, I am addicted to there pizzas. Th eoptions you have and it is always great. Some associates are friendlier than others. While making my pizza being nice with cost you anything more than a customer. Pizza fab!

I love this place!! I had the BBQ Chicken pizza as take out.. Wont do that again.. My pizza was cold by the time I arrived home.. I had the salad several times.. It was delish!! I so love Bagbys!!

This is the most disgusting pizza Ive ever ever had, my best friend didnt even want to eat pizza after that, yeah the service is speedy probably because they literally just throw it in there
