Very disappointed. The first time we went, it was incredible! Since then, it has gotten worse and worse. I kept trying to give this place a chance because the food was so delicous, but after last night we wont be returning. I dont eat meat, but I LOVE their veggie dinner. However, the past 4-5 few times weve gone, they have barely given me any food at all. To be more descriptive, the portions are the size of my fist. Its to the point where I have to go to a fast food restaurant after Ive spent a ton of money at this place, just to fill me up. The lady at the front is always super nice, along with a sweet server with brown, curly hair. The rest of the staff is ok, nothing spectacular. I guess if youre not a vegetarian this place is great, but I wont be going again.

Well, I think we robbed this place! In a dining magazine we saw all you can eat sushi for 17.95 + tax, per person. They must not have heard of my boyfriends crushing ability to eat! Not only did they honor the deal, and served us $70 of sushi (thats without tax). Not only was it amazing, and the staff lovely, but it was amongst the best sushi Ive had! Beautiful presentation; wood serving trays with your own orchid garnish! Just wonderful. All this and we walked in an hour before closing time! Couldnt be more pleased! Also... The atmosphere was amazing!

Ginza is holding a super amazing charity Easter event on Sunday to donate to the Red Cross for the Brussels recovery.Hello people! Since my return back to this location, so is my VIP reputation so better keep the inventory full at all times. You should periodically add new items so that will add more variety and that should draw in even more customers so you will have even more returning customers. The only thing I didnt like were the scallops which were rather salty and with the added sauce, it became inedible. Ill stick to my steak and a random maki. See you again early next week.

This place is dated. Took 20 mins to receive my drink after reminding the server 3x. The interior is in serious need of a deep cleaning from the stained ceiling tiles to the carpets. The food is below average for the cost, couldnt tell if they even attempted to devein the shrimp. Priced similarly to Sakura, not nearly as good.

Kabuki in Richmond has better tasting food however I think this was pretty good. The service is great and food portion is very good. I was full before the chef could give me meats to go with the rice. The rice was great! I would come again. Thanks tothe staff. I enjoyed my meal and would recommend.

Its not about the appearance, but about the food. Great food and reasonably priced. I actually love that I am allergic to seafood and they take extra care when fixing my food. Ive been here about 6 times with people who are having sushi or shrimp and Ive never had an allergic reaction.

Do not plan a party here. This place charged for soda when they only offered my guest one small cup of green tea and for a party of 19 adults and 9 children I paid 785 dollars. These people are crooks and will never get my business or anyone I can give a heads up too again!!!!!!!

The food was fantastic but the service was really bad. The place was practically empty but I had to leave my table to go ask for chopsticks for my sushi, then to ask for a box and to order a dessert. Maybe the grill side is better but not sure if Id eat here again.

Service is absolutely appalling. Ive been here many times, but Ive never had service this bad. 15 minutes sitting....no drinks or an order. I ended up walking out. I wont return. Too busy to serve your customers then I guess you are too busy to get my money.

The only restaurant I will eat sushi. The food is fantastic and the staff is even better. The prices dont match the quality they provide, Id say theyre cheating themselves! If youve never had Japanese food, I recommend you start here :)

I love this place. The atmosphere and staff is fantastic, and the grill is very entertaining. They serve you so much food, and their sushi is great! The best part is the sushi buffet during the week! SO MUCH SUSHI!

Least favorite hibachi place Ive been to. Interaction with staff was awkward/odd, food was just "okay". Second try (I like hibachi, dont judge) confirmed it wasnt just a one-off experience. Wont be back again.
