My wife and I came to this restaurant today to try it out after seeing them on FOX5. Looking forward to supporting a local business, my wife and I entered and looked at the menu. While trying to decide, we asked the cashier (Adreey) about the two meats special to inquire if one could be fish. Her attitude was disgusting. Her body language was off and so was her tone. It lead to us ultimately leaving the establishment. I decided to go back and talk to the manager because it was ridiculous. Upon speaking to him, he vouched for his employee and said, she apologized, what else can I do for you, also in a negative tone. Im beyond disappointed in this local African American owned business. The one time we try to spend our hard earned money in the community this is what we get. What a shame. Took our money down to Texas Roadhouse, couldnt think of a better decision. Smh

All the nay-sayers can go take several seats. This place is awesome!!! From the moment you walk in the doors its good. It starts with their staff. Theyre friendly as can be. Lets start with breakfast. We covered a lot of ground this morning when we ordered at work. The overall consensus was that everything was awesome. The bacon is thick and smokey and the hash browns have a touch of spice. Also, the cinnamon butter on the pancakes was perfect. Ive also done lunch and dinner here. The pulled pork is on par with anything from Eastern North Carolina. I find the brisket to be a touch mushy for my taste, but has good flavor. My fiancé loves it. The sides are all tasty. And dessert is home made too. Overall you cant go wrong here. Its all fresh and homemade. Its a family business and those are my favorites.

I ordered beef brisket and pulled pork with green beans and mac and cheese. I absolutely loved everything. The beef was tender and juicy, the pork was moist (I did not use the bbq sauce provided because the meat was so good), the beans were very good, and the mac and cheese was outstanding. They also provided a corn muffin that was delicious. The portions were just right. I highly recommend this restaurant. I did get caught off guard because I paid with a credit card and they turn their computers around to have you sign on the screen with your finger but the screen asks the percentage of tip you would like to leave. I did not take time to study the screen I just hit 15%, but next time I will look to see if I can leave less because mine was a carry out.

I come to this place to get my fiancée his favorite food which is briskets. Everytime I come to this establishment, the girl at the counter (the owners daughter) always gives us attitude and terrible customers service. I asked her a question about the fries and she gave me attitude. Seems like she only acts like this towards Hispanics and whites because shes very friends towards African Americans. This is my 4th times she has given me attitude. I will not be giving this place 5 stars. Worst customer service. They need to treat all customers no matter what their race, nationality, gender, or religious beliefs with respect. I dont think I will support this company who will give terrible customer service because of their race..

My wife, daughter and my buddy went here the other day after seeing a Facebook post of Chucks mambo sauce! Being a NYC native my wife doesnt understand mambo sauce like my buddy and I do. Its not on the menu but you can order wings (wingers not carryout style) and so I ordered mambo sauce wings with a side of fries. My old lady kept snatching fries and dipping em in the mambo sauce. The wings were good! My daughter had pulled chicken and the BBQ sauce was tangy, sweet and a tad spicy. Awesome. My wife is a huge fan of the baked mac and cheese. We were all surprised especially after the negative Google reviews. Ill go back.

The pulled chicken sandwich was awesome. I was a bit skeptical because the bun looked burnt. However, on first bite I realized that was not the case. The roll was soft and delicious, maybe they put it in the smoker? It was tasty and perfectly complemented the meat. That was a good sandwich. The coleslaw was good too. I had to pile the coleslaw on the sandwich. Incredible! Some of the bet BBQ Ive ever had. CWBBQ is only a few minutes away from my home, so I will be returning soon!

Really good spot for Bbq. Brisket is off the wall. Would have given 5 stars, but every time I order the young girl behind the counter has an attitude when it regards questions about how the food is preped. drop the attitude when people ask you questions and maybe it will earn yourself a tip. Dont know if I will be ordering here anymore because of this Terrible customer service.

Ive eaten here several times, and for a good chunk of money for a meal, you get a good chunk of food. The ribs and pulled pork are especially good, and I have never left this restaurant hungry. The only reason I give them four stars, is because if you get there too late, they might be out of certain meats(but I guess that says something about the size of the meal you get.)

Just came here to support a bbq joint in the area. But the girl at the front desk was disgustingly rude. Please get it together. As much as i would have liked to enjoy a meal here, service like this from rude nasty employees will surely make me go somewhere where my business is appreciated

Just ate at Chucks Im hooked and totally full. They were out of rib tips (sold out) so I got the brisket, the owner came over and apologized for not having rib tips and he gave me a pear cobbler (its yummy) or free...talk about great customer service and amazing food be sure to try it.

I got a brisket sandwich and the brisket was very good- it was very flavorful and tender. The staff was very polite and professional. The issue I had was that the sandwich costed about $9 and there was not really a lot of brisket in the brisket sandwich.

I really like the ribs. They are smoked and taste good even without sauce. The baked beans and cornbread are also delicious. My only complaints are the portion of side orders (rather small) and they sometimes run out of an item during open hours.

So good!! Better than most BBQ Ive had in Texas. The greens were a bit salty, but might have just been the end of the pot. I ordered ribs thinking Id maybe one or two. But no, I got 5 huge fall of the bone pieces of deliciousness.

Amazing. I ate there today and the brisket was out of this world. Anyone not coming to Chucks Wagon BBQ is missing out. Great food, service and atmosphere. Would give it 6 stars if possible!
