I am certainly NOT impressed. I found myself on Eastern Ave for business recently. It was lunch time, and I was starving. I should have saved my money. I ordered a meatball sub. Augh.....the meat balls tasted like dog food. In fact, I am not sure that my dog would have eaten it! When I complained, I received NO gratification!!! They did nothing!!! The dining room was not so clean, the kitchen door had grease 1/3 the way up the door from the employees kicking it open. The restrooms needed a good cleaning. If I would have run my finger nail along the floor, I would have had greasy filth all over me. The other patrons were just creepy, and I wanted to take an immediate shower when I left the place. I was not able to eat my food and my over $10 lunch was thrown in the trash. When I walked in the door, I knew it was questionable. However, after being inside and experiencing it, I should have gone with my gut and turned around and saved my money. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!

Topic of the day. Clean , Do you want to take that chance of getting food poison or getting sick just because this restaurant dont take the time to clean there grills or change out there grease. You tell me.... I never see the cooks wash there hands after handling money or coming out from the bathroom. A friend of mines ordered a sub from there and found a used rusted watch battery in her food. And when she called them not once they say sorry but ask would you like another sub.. I think we as a community should say something, just because we dont live in a area that is not up class area. Should you treat us like animals. All I am saying clean your place of business. Wash the walls and floor s and clean your grills and wash your damn hands. Or maybe the next time the neighborhood health department will be at your door...

Well I guess it goes to show you get treated how youre neighborhood is. Every time I order in I leave tips... My very first time ordering out my order was messed from garlic butter I asked very nicely just gave my change back for it . The driver came back did the by racists thing ho ho ho told me to hold my hand out and started dropping change in my hand to the ground said merry Christmas ass. Wowwww may not have that many years as an STATE EMPLOYEE BUT THAT WAS DISRESPECTFUL AM VERY UN LIKING THING TO DO ... WORLD WOULD NEVER BE GOOD.. GOES TO FOREIGN BLACKS HISPANICS ALL SKIN PLAYS BIG PART IN THINGS AN SITUATION. STILL LOVE THE PIZZA. BEEN EATING THERE SINCE MY HIGHSCHOOL YEARS ALWAYS TREATED WORKERS WITH RESPECT .... SMH

If I could give this establishment NEGATIVE stars I would. What an joke, EXTREMELY rude driver and customer service. The driver REFUSED to walk to my door, because and I quote "its raining. You hear me? I am not walking in the rain." Then he flat out play acted at not being able to find me at all. I called the store and was put on hold for OVER 10 MINUTES, we I hung up to call back i was hung up on FIVE TIMES. Then I was told the not the owner nor any managers where there to speak to or help me, after anothet FIVE minutes of holding. Absolutely unacceptable business practices.

Their food is disgusting I ordered there on saint Patricks day to just try it. After all I live in the neighborhood and havent tried any of their food and now I know why! I ordered a cheesesteak sub a large pizza,fries and a soda the sub roll inside was literally green a coincidence on saint pattys day but it was mold the pizza was undercooked and chewy and the 2liter was warm the only thing decent was the fries. I will never eat there again and I should have never in the first place! FILLIPOS PIZZA IS THE GREATEST!!!

THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER ORDERED FROM!! FIRST THEY GET MY ORDER WRONG, THEN THEY RECHARGE ME FOR SOMETHING IVE ALREADY PAID FOR, THEN WHEN THEY BRING THE WINGS THAT THEY FORGOT THEY WERE BURNT TO A CRISP. THEN WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN THEY SAID THERE WASNT ANYTHING THEY COULD DO ABOUT IT!! NOT TO MENTION THE LADY ANSWERING THE PHONE WAS VERY RUDE THE WHOLE TIME AND LEFT ME ON HOLD FOR OVER 5 MINUTES! ! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME!!

Is a place where they do not order well, I placed a phone order to then go to pick it up and upon arriving I realize that they put it as with deliver, they charged me for the deliver service and they did not want to do the cancellation and the I charge again, they are unprofessional people and very much exploited, I know it was little money but the attitude as I did know honestly leaves a lot to be desired and disappoints too

Terrible, You close on a Saturday night, the busiest night of the week business- wise and you close because of 4" of snow? Bad food, lousy order execution, incorrect delivery orders and incompetence were all served here. You suck. If there is a Baltimores Worst list you belong on it. I Bet the people with the night off are having fun doing doughnuts is the parking lot because of the snow. Fillipos Is the best.

If the option was there... no stars!!!!!! Not even 1. I just ordered a chicken cheese steak with double meat (steak meat added) so chicken & steak meat, a little hots, a little fried onions, light mayo.. the ticket was right. Cheese steak so wrong..The girl that takes the orders is rude as you know what and told me I couldnt get another sandwich or a refund. I will be there at 10 am to speak to the manager.

The delivery man was rude and racist.... He called to deliver my food didnt hear the phone ring... Never knocked on my door.... Told me I should answer the phone ,"this is a bad neighborhood you know".... Which is not true... I guess he was scared to knock on my door.... Messed my order up a bunch of times... Will never order from Spartans again... :(

Casual place, I eat here on a regular basis. Im from the neighborhood (Highlandtown) so its convenient. Good service, pizza, subs, Gyros, French fries, fountain and bottled soft drinks, decent selection of bottled beer. They deliver, usually not a long wait to be served. Nice place to eat.

I always order from Spartan and food is always good and prices are not high. The only thing is that the delivery drivers seem as if they want me to meet them outside instead of ringing my doorbell because they call and say Im outside and theyre still in the car. I dont like that part

Honestly, not the best food youll ever eat. I wouldnt recommend eating inside, unless youd like to meet a lot of characters. The workers tend to be lacking, as well. However, I do enjoy their cheese fries, as well as their chicken subs. For that, it might be worth the trip.

Their food is very good and I prefer to eat from them because every single item I have bought has been good. I would have given a 5 stars but the manager at this location is very rude and unprofessional. Get a better manager and it would be a easily 5 stars.
