Let me start off by saying that I have been a fan of the Ledos franchise for many years. However, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Ledos location and you can be sure that I will never return to the Severna Park franchise. I ordered an italian salad without the meat, from the teenage boy that was serving us. When he brought out my salad, it had the meat on it and I politely reminded him that I had ordered it without meat. He did apologize, and returned quickly (suspiciously fast) with a new salad, sans meat. I thought that was a little too fast, and I flipped the slices of cheese over to find them stained red where they had overlapped the salami. I couldnt believe it, and my husband took taht salad back to the waiter and asked him if they had just taken the meat off or if they had actually made a new salad. With the evidence showing, the waiter said that they had just taken the meat off. Really?? If I had just wanted the meat taken off I could have certainly done that myself. I didnt want any meat touching my salad. What if I was allergic? Or Kosher? I am a vegetarian for many reasons and what they did appalled me. We were brought another salad, this time without both meat and cheese (perhaps they just took the cheese off of the one we returned). When I asked for additional dressing, it was never brought. I think that our server was more interested in the teenage girls that were working than interested in satisfying customers. He didnt even remove the salad from the bill. As for the pizza, the crust at this franchise was a lot thicker than at any other franchise I have been to and it didnt seem to be cooked all the way through. I was very disappointed and will not be returning. Hopefully the franchise that is soon opening in Millersville will live up to the Ledos name.

It is probably a family friendly PLACE to eat (as many pizza places are), but we got take out, so that did not matter to us. The pizza itself was horrible. I really did not find it to be any better than grocery store frozen pizza. The crust was thin but without a good consistency and NO flavor. I can usually be counted on to stuff myself with pizza, and Im of the mind that even "bad" pizza is "good" but this was pretty bad. Our kids ate it up and did not seem at all bothered by it. Still, for kid-friendly pizza, I think Papa Johns is more palatable...even Dominos would be. But for my money, I would much prefer Squisitos. Still a family friendly place (just around the corner from this Ledos), but the pizza is TONS better. We will never go back here.

Took my daughters to eat after lacrosse practice, I was told to have a seat anywhere but when chose to sit where it was less crowded I was asked to move seats just in case a bigger party came mind you it was a Wednesday. Called the manager to express my thoughts after choosing to leave all she said was "I am sorry". Before she said sorry she asked if I wanted to order carryout. Poor customer service.

Everything is amazing! Ledos delivers an original style pizza full of flavor and deliciousness. A real staple to the pizza community in Maryland. I moved out of Md. Years ago but everytime I visit I go out of my way to make sure I stop by for a pie.

at ledos they make thease HUGE pizzas that are really good and they are not at all exspensive. its todaly family baised and a great place to bring your kids
