Just placed an order for delivery, ordered a cold cut, French fries, a soda, and a brownie. The food arrives and everything is there except for the brownie so I call back to ask them about it and right after I said " I just placed an order and I was missing a brownie I was charged for" they hung up. 5 minutes later they call back and say " sorry someone else called so I rushed off the phone" as if my call wasnt important enough for them to even ask me to hold. So then the guy says " so do you still want the brownie" I said I already paid for it so yes please" and he says " oh were about to close so you can just get it for free next time" and rushes me off the phone before I could say anything else. Used to order from here quite often although the bad attitudes I always receive but after this they have lost my service and dont recommend at all.

Ordered cheese fries (they were good), pizza (cheese started to get hard by the time it arrived) and a steak stromboli with notes stating "steak and cheese ONLY" "no sauce no veggies" cut into it and what do you know theres sauce. I placed the order online so it wasnt a miscommunication over the phone, its in straight writting. Delivery took over an hour too. Cheese fries are not enough to make me order from here again.

This is my first time eating from here and I got the seafood platter w/ rice ( that was orange) , potato salad & fries . Received my food 45 minutes later , cold and so nasty (no flavor what so ever). My green bell pepper I made had more flavor than all this combined. I was so close to throwing up and my stomach hurts. This place needs to be shut down. Do NOT recommend for anyone.

I used to love this place but lately theyve just been horrible. I ordered a pizza. Just one, simple pizza. I ordered it an hr and a half before they closed, and it NEVER came. Its like they just completely ignored my order. I can deal with getting items wrong, or being busy. But this is absolutely, 100% unacceptable. I will never be ordering from here again.

+Nita Wahls, their was no hair in your food.The cameras show you plucking one of your own hairs and placing it into your food. It then showed you take a picture of the food. It also showed you asking for a new sub or gyro, but the workers saw you put hair in your food, so they said no. Then it showed you yelling at them and pointing at them and storming off.

So i place an order for chicken tenders with hot wing sauce with fries (boneless hot wings) these simple asses sent me chicken nuggets drown n hot sauce no fries for 11$ and there wasnt even 10$ worth of food then refused to bring the correct order back and ive been a valued customer for years and jus made a 40$ order jus friday

I wouldnt give them any stars I ordered a pizza a hour before they closed and never got my order how can you say you are open till 1am and then not deliver the persons order this was my first time ordering too and I tried to call and they didnt pick the phone up so I probably will never order from here again

I have been to this place at least 30 times and the service is always good. I go and pick up because it is 2 blocks from my house. I have never seen a bug in the place which is rare for sub shops in the area. The employees are always nice and the owner is also.

1st off my order was 40mins late, called twice to check on it, when i finally got my order; its wrong, found HAIR in the sub order that was right, and the wings were soggy... never ordering from here again.
