Multiple bad experiences in less than 2 months. First bad experience I called in the order to pick up. They said 25 minutes and it took 50 minutes no big deal as I could see the 20 minutes I sat there waiting they were busy. I got my pizza and went home only to open it up and realize it was the wrong pizza. When I called they were nice about it but said I would have to wait another 45 minutes for them to bring me another one. I couldnt wait that long considering I had 3 kids that were already waiting longer than I was told. I had to go back to the shop myself and get another pizza. They did apologize though and even refunded my money, so basically a free pizza. My wife really likes the pizza but to me its nothing special and I can go to 5 other pizza places and get the same kind of pizza. We gave them another chance since they refunded our money and like I said my wife likes it. 2nd bad experience was today. I called in and tried to order the special they have ON THEIR WEBSITE of 2 medium 1 topping pizzas for 16.99. When I called they guy was nice and everything was fine until he said my total was 22.46. I said something wasnt right the total should be 18.00 tops. He said let me see and then rang it up again and said 19.72 and asked me does that sound right? Why would hes ask me that? NO OT DOSENT SOUND RIGHT. At this point I realized that the guy didnt know what he was doing so I would have to take my phone WITH THE SPECIALS ON THEIR WEBSITE so he could ring it up probably. So a waste of 15 minutes because he couldnt get it right over the phone. When I went in with my phone and showed them the SPECIALS ON THEIR WEBSITE he still didnt get it right and said the total was 19.75. At which point I said that is not possible 16.99 plus tax is not 19.75, 18.00 tops. He got a manager who said that he was hitting a wrong button. So at this point 20 minutes after my inital call they finally was able to take my order. The manager then looked at me and could see I was visually frustrated with the whole situation asked was I okay. I said no I dont see whats so hard about tring to get the order right. He said sir we didnt know about none of this until you got here. When I told him I called 20 minutes ago and the guy couldnt get it right over the phine so I had to drive down here and physically order the pizza he had nothing else to say. So by the time I finally got the order in it should of been done if their front desk staff knew how to take orders properly. Instead I got to sit there for 45 minutes while they made the pizza. No apology or anything else. Like I said before their are WAY to many pizza joints out there to put up with this. Also my wife who likes their pizza had to deal with 3 screaming kids that were hungry while I waited there for 45 minutes. She dosent think their pizza is worth it so we will not be returning. Signed: A VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER OF 5 YEARS!!! UPDATE: Just wanted to let everyone know after talking to shawn we will be returning to vocellis. My wife thought he handled the situation very well and was eager to make sure that we were satisfied. I would like to personally thank him for taking time out of a busy schedule to talk it over with us. Thank you shawn their is alot of bussiness owners out there that could take a lesson from you.

Live in Riviera Beach, got a flyer with a special. Little did I know they had to offer it cheap or no one would EVER order from them. Placed order on a week night so it wouldnt be busy. After an hour we called to check on the order. "Itll be right there." 2 hours later the GM delivered a cold pizza and offered us a credit to try again. The pizza was TERRIBLE (clearly cheap canned sauce/ingredients) and the wings were over cooked and chewy from obviously sitting for hours. We figured there was no way they could be that bad twice so we used the credit to try again. The GM "didnt recall the incident" and essentially called my wife a liar. When we reminded him he took the order and still tried to charge us for less of an order so we canceled it. The manager has clearly tapped out his potential as he will never be anything more than a half witted manager of a failing pizza joint. The customer service was awful, the food is terrible, and even if they give it away at a significant discount it is too much. Avoid this dump, 7 eleven has a better product that theyll microwave while you wait.

The meatball marinara comes with only 2 meatballs. So, for 9 dollars you get 2 lousy meatballs. Paid extra for mozzarella cheese and there was maybe a tablespoon of cheese on top of the pasta...not worth the price by any means. Also ordered a thin crust colossal pizza and it came with regular crust and not thin crust. Also, it had somehow all slid to one side of the box so it was all messed up when it arrived. It tasted good, but still. 30 dollars for these 2 items wasnt worth it at all and I cant see myself ever ordering from there again.

Our experience was not good at all as we were trying to branch out and try a new pizza place. The pizza took about an hour to get here and when it arrived it was dried out and not what we had ordered. We paid for extra to have pepperoni and onion on half and cheese on other half. It arrived all pepperoni. The wings were very dossapointing and a dollar a piece. It was $10 more than where we usually order from and we will not make the mistake again. I am hoping that we just had a bad night because there is no way this is number one around

Ive been eating here since 2013 and LOVE this place. Its a small shop so sometimes when theyre really busy they can mess orders up but theyve always credited my account with money or replaced the item promptly. Their ingredients are fresh and much better than any chain pizza shop near us, including papa johns. Id recommend Vocelli pizza to anyone :)

Food is good. The service sucks. They required a coupon code that was not listed on the website so they would not give the discount which amounted to about a 35% increase in price. I would not recommend them until they get better customer service.

5 stars because they are consistent. Every time I order (Even if it is 5 minutes before closing time) the food comes out looking good. The pizza sauce is never runny. The toppings never look sloppy. The service is always excellent.

Awful service I ordered a large pizza and an order of cheese sticks around 3:30 I just received the pizza at 5:21 its burnt the cheese sticks are cold. Waste of my damn money does not look nothing like what you guys advertise.

I purchased Vocellis because they left a flyer on my door and all I can say is their pizza is amazing. I wish they had mozzarella sticks, but other than that their pizza is top tier for the area.
