Edible food, but not worth the hassle. Wish I could give negative stars. Ug. This place puts fliers on my door about once a month, so I thought why not? Never again. I placed this order online and gave my credit card and billing info to a supposedly secure server just like any other sort of online ordering. Nephews then phoned me to tell me online ordering process wasnt really online and I had to provide my card number to them over the phone--a thing I would not ordinarily do at all especially since the number that phoned me had a Kansas exchange. I did so anyway after assurances. They told me that the credit card info goes to their "office" which is not open at 9pm. Really? Thats not how a shopping cart works. I then got a second call 15 minutes later saying they did not have one of the items I ordered (breaded mushrooms). No big deal. I said that this was OK, to please refund my card. The man I spoke to said theyd already charged my card. I advised him to charge back the full amount and then re-charge the correct amount (like every business on earth does). He seemed confused and handed me over to a lady. I repeated this and she agreed that they would do that. The delivery driver showed up--he was on his phone and paying no attention to what he was doing. He handed me an order that had an itemized slip that bore no resemblance to what I ordered. I caught him at this point, and (still on his phone) he swapped it for one that did have my itemized order on it. He handed me $4 in cash to refund me for the mushrooms I didnt get (they were $3.99, they didnt take tax into account). I got it inside and the food in the bag was incorrect. There was no cheese-steak, but rather another sub. The Caesar salad had ham on it (a weird option, but I knew this was a possibility and specifically requested the option for no meat on their online form because I dont eat pork). There were cheese fries for no apparent reason. The only thing that was correct about this order was that there were boneless wings. I phoned and was told that the delivery driver would be called to see what went wrong. 10 minutes later I phoned back and said that I no longer had time to deal with/wait for them to fix this order. Since Id opened the incorrect food, it would be wasted no matter what and I said I would eat what I could. The person I spoke to seemed confused about the fact that this many screw-ups and time considerations meant that I had interest in fixing this order. I have sent the company an email not only asking for my money back but assuring them that I will institute a chargeback in 48 hours if they do not do so. On an up note, the food I could eat (the fries and wings) were perfectly acceptable Baltimore takeout fare. Not good, but basically what I expected when I initiated the order. Honestly, Im usually more of a "food edibility matters and service does not" sort of person, but this was ridiculous. Will not order again, and I sincerely hope they dont let their fliers darken my door again.

The same girl always answers the phone with an attitude. The food takes forever to come. Your rushed off the phone. Last time me and my mom went in to order and that same woman was flirting with one of their drivers the whole time we were standing their, after she was done she caught an attitude that we were there. The driver later left and sat in his car with the food for about 20 minutes just talking on the phone. Only good thing about this place is the food... If its not cold by the time it gets to you.

Yo tonight I had to wait 1 hour and 25 minutes for my kid food..... Not only that it was to much cheese and it was hair on my nephew pizza.....this place I will never in my life order from.....these people hung up on you and not even from the united States..... Im so sick of rude people..... I work to hard to get poor service in my community from this carryout......so people if you want good service call someone else

Awful just awful, the person who answers the phone is very rude and he was rushing my order . It took a hour to arrive and all i ordered was a medium pizza . When I tried calling back the line was busy and when I finally got my food the pizza was flat and thin and worst of all it was raining and he didnt wanna get out of his car to deliver my food .

The shrimp cheese steak was disgusting. The shrimp tasted like it went bad and my onions werent fried.My cheese western fries just had melted white american cheese instead of nacho cheese..like really who does that??

This was restaurant was one of the worst one ever. Not only did the delivery take about 2 hours but they also got my order wrong. I even found a fiber of hair on the wings that I ordered.

I waited 25mins for a turkey club sandwich which they didnt even toast. Instead of bacon they Fried some spam look a like an slapped it on there. Never go again!
