Its inexpensive and pretty tasty. We ordered a cheese burger with fries and hushpuppies. And a bbq sandwich no slaw no sauce, with onion rings and crispy chicken wrap. The burger was tender and smoky and rich. The fries were rightly seasoned and hushpuppies were crispy and had sweet batter. The downside was that the kitchen put slaw and sauce on my bbq sandwich. I tried to cover the taste with ketchup that but didnt work. So I took it back and they replaced it with a cheese burger. I would not order the bbq sandwich again even without the slaw and sauce. My sides were fantastic though. The onion rings were fried perfectly and not very sweet...which is how I like them. The crispy chicken wrap was really good. Way better than McDonalds and like same price. I could eat nearly lethal amounts of the wraps and onion rings. They gave us complimentary ranch upon request. The soda machine put out good soda. Id go back!

The food is a great change as far as typical fast food. If you have the combo meal you could actually feed 2 people depending on what you order. (Double burger, fries, and chicken queso). I am only giving it 4 stars because of major inconvenience, my husband and I were babysitting our granddaughter and I need to change her diaper, there is no changing table in either restroom. There is NO WAY that I am going to try and do it on the bathroom floor I dont care how clean it appears, so we had to do it in the cold parking lot. Please Cookout, think of all of your customers, young and old.

This is my first time being here since I live 8 hours away. The service was amazing. My boyfriend and I were helped by a cashier named Joshua and he was absolutely wonderful. He was so full of life and animated. He helped us choosing off the menu and talked to us about the area. The food was sooo good. I got a BBQ grilled chicken sandwich sides and a shake. The chicken was so flavorful. Best shake I ever had!!!! I will most definitely come here again

Was very surprised with the food,when I seen the prices I didnt think it would be that good (sorry) lol but it was great. Loved my burger and chili cheese frys. And coleslaw was also good. My mom really liked the hush puppys they did forget my daughters chicken nuggets tho. Didnt notice till we got back to out hotel room...make one of these in Philly!

For fast food, this place was excellent. The drivethru service was fast and friendly. The 2 ppl at the window made us laugh a little and gave us recommendations of what to try. If I see this place again, I will definitely consider going here instead of another fast food place. The double burger with everything was great.

As a tourist visiting Williamsburg I was very pleased. People at the front counter would greet and make it fun and be as helpful you need them to be. I was in a better mood after this visit. Good was good overall but it was a weird ordering system. My whole family had an enjoyable and delicious experience.

My family absolutely loved this place! We each got a "combo meal", which consists of a whole variety of things, and you pick 3 and a drink for $5, or 3 and a shake for $6. Their service is fast, and all the staff is super friendly! This is definitely one of my favorite restaurants now, if not my favorite.

Good, cheap burgers with atypical sides. I usually get a corn dog and fries as my side. Its good, its reasonably priced, and its usually quick. Their sweet tea is also amazing if youre looking for some up here. Their shakes are also good, but very thick, so youll need a spoon.

I believe Cookout hires ignorant low IQ teenagers for work. They always ruin my order the few times I go there. Go to a Chick fil A and they hire smart responsible teenagers. Stop hiring idiots and find better managers, you cant have a store of idiots if the manager isnt one.

Great bang for your buck! The food is delicious and service is fast and friendly. The hot dogs, corn dogs, BBQ sandwiches, and sweet tea is great, and thats unfortunately all I can vouch for. I will be back, and I will be trying many other items on their menu.

Their cook tray deals are good for the price, but their chili looked and tasted like it came out of a can and their double burger was smaller than a regular one. They also charge extra for cheese and bacon, so keep that in mind when they ask if you want it.

I spent all night taking care of my boyfriend after he got sick from eating here. It was not the first time he had felt ill from the food in this place. I, however, love Cookout and it is the hands down best place to get a late night snack in Williamsburg.

Im not really into fast food but in a pinch this is my go to place! The tray is a great deal and the food is good quality :) I docked a star because weve had the milkshake there a few times that werent up to par (icey instead of creamy)

Inexpensive, great meal for the families. Lots to choose from even the picky eaters will love something here. Super Friendly, fast service. On larger meals just double check the orders. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic.

Love how big this Cookout is inside! Really great for big groups of people! It can get pretty busy around lunchtime though, so maybe plan a dinner or late night trip!
