Went through drive-thru and was greeted with Im waiting on you.... the whole time she seem to not care about taking my order, when I said thank you I got nothing in return. So as we pulled up to the window, she hands me a medium drink which is what my 13yr son ordered and she says thats not your drink. No, im sorry sir i made a mistake, nothing.. after waiting for what seem a long five mins she comes back to the window and says pull up front and I will bring it out . So after waiting another what seem a long five minutes another employee comes with my order and he was polite as he could be. All of this was at 1100am ... when I got home I realized that she didnt receive a drink with the kids meal for my 2yr old. after today we will not be back . The male employee that brought us our food needs to show those other workers how a service with a smile can go along way.

Today was the worst experience ever in this place! Horrible Customer Service and very aggressive staff. The worst place in Williamsburg, the girl who took my order kept rolling her eyes and screaming to me. She even missed something in the order! The only reason I went there was that Chick-A-Fillet was closed for maintenance! Chick-A-Fillet for life, best customer service

Surprised they are still open... Could be no one in the drive thru and maybe one or 2 people inside but no matter what you order as soon as you get to the window and pay its always a "pull up and wait" and you sit there for 5 mins to get something that should be ready. Pretty rude and careless about the one or 2 customers they get an hour too

They got my order wrong and instead of saying sorry Ill fix it for you they got an attitude and said you ordered it. When they finally fixed my order they were sassy about it and didnt give us straws, ketchup or the bbq sauce I reminded them to bring. Very rude people even the manager was rude. I dont recommend this store to anybody!!

TERRIBLE night shift service! NEVER going there again and NEVER recommending anyone to come to this location. Employees have attitudes and me, being the customer, deserve to have full customer service! I work in a industry of customer service and NOT ONCE have I ever treated my customers this way. This burger king is horrible. The shift manger named Rhonda warren sexually assaulted someone that i knew in the restroom and sent her inappropriate text. The managers and HR refused to do anything and they were forced to quit but Rhonda still works here. NEVER EVER GO HERE. They dont wash their hands and are nasty

Couldnt agree more with Roys comments. Last visit (and it will be my last) received 2 soggy hamburgers instead of cheeseburgers, shorted one order of fires, and didnt get a receipt at the drive up to facilitate correction when I discovered the mistakes. I could almost bear it if the service was just decent.

Ive eaten here several times and at different times of the day. I have only done drive thru. I have yet to receive food that is warm, let alone hot. I even try to special order my burger hoping it will be made fresh. I always ask for no onions, but onions are always there.

Consistently slow and unprepared. Be ready to pull forward in the drive thru and wait up to 10 minutes for your food to be walked out to you. I was told today that they ran out of meat at 6:45pm
