Went there twice today. Frist for food after arriving for a day at the aquarium. Food was good and the main reason for my stars. No complaints as the staff just did their job with little customer service needed. Visit two was walking back to our car at the end of the day. My 4 yearold needed to use the bathroom so being the only place I knew with a bathroom 15ft in front of me we dipped in. Theres a key pad lock on the bathrooms. I didnt expect it but makes sense in a busy city to keep out homeless and regular foot traffic. I asked about the key at the counter and was told its only for paying customers. I said we had been in earlier and its my kid. The employee told he he didnt have a photographic memory. Taken back at a rude response I asked to buy a water so my four year old didnt pee on their floor. He said I could. I stepped around the coner of the counter to the register with him and saw a husband of a family just setting up their drinks. The customer had heard me and the employee and pushed over one of their waters so I could go first. The employee proceeded to ignore me and my "Mommy I need to pee toddler" and checkout The family that had stepped up. Since the wife and not seen her husband push a water aside for me she was confused why they had and it slowed down the process taking about 5-10 mins to get to me buying the water. (To which the other customer replaced my now warm water with a colder one as he left) I paid and the employee said a number I couldnt catch quickly and turned away. I had to call him back to ask if I had to sign since I used credit and what the number was for the bathroom door. My toddler had a slight accident because he couldnt hold it but we otherwise "made it " That customer had more care and customer service then the staff. I get the policy, Ive worked at places with the same but you dont have to be rude and you can certainly make allowences for children. I never raised my voice or got an attitude, at most I gave a taken back look at the employees rudeness. There was no reason or policy for that treatment. Good pizza bad customer service.

After having several great experiences here since their opening I was in charge of ordering the department lunch and decided we would process a group order online for a lunch meeting. Expecting that online ordering would save us a ton of time and be super easy. Boy was I wrong! Upon arrival I had to wait several minutes to check in with a cashier who was inexperienced and rude. A salad we ordered was not premade and available for me to grab out of the refrigerator so I was told we would need to pick something else. We try to order a pizza to replace the unmade salad and was told I needed to go back online and order it or get in the super long line that they couldnt accommodate the change. I might understand that if it was our mistake but the fact that they were selling something online that they couldnt provide was not our fault. The manager was not helpful at all and extremely rude. If the antipasto salad was not available we should not have been given the option to order it online to begin with. Then to top it off after all that the four pizzas we ordered were not "fired" at the same time so we proceeded to have to wait again for the entire order. In all what would have been a quick in and out transaction at most restaurants turned into a 35 minute ordeal. Two of the pizzas were cold by the time I got them back to the office, which is directly across the street, because we had to wait so long for the other part of the order. Wont be patronizing this location any longer because of the way both myself and my co-worker were treated by the manager and cashier today.

Im not sure if these guys are in a constant state of hiring new people, but nobody here knows how to do their damn jobs. Im from Vegas, and Blaze is a pretty big deal there. The only difference is the workers dont disrespect you or put you down for requests they disagree with (considering this is an all-inclusive pizza experience, they really shouldnt...). Not to mention, 9/10 times Ive been here (Ive given this place many chances), theyve either UNDER or OVER cooked my pizza. Its either completely soggy or crunchy. And then theres the fact that up until maybe two weeks ago, it was a 5 minute wait to even get anyone to start taking our order. So at least thats improved. EDIT: Upon reading a few other reviews, Im noticing a trend: it isnt the food. Its the employees. Maybe you guys should hire a decent manager who knows how to spot good, hard-working people and actually train them to be somewhat competent. Ill change my review when I finally have a bit of good service from this place. Im going to keep eating here though, because you still cant beat the price, but the difference between east and west coast really is easy to spot when it comes to Blaze Pizza.

Went here while attending a convention at the convention center right down the road. A friend and I had time to kill so we stopped in to grab a quick bite. The establishment itself was clean and spacious and the staff did their job. The biggest drawback her was the pizza itself. First off you better come hungry as you can not order by the slice but only personal pizzas. We each got a different signature pie and neither of us even finished half. We both came to the same consensus that the pies were undercooked and overloaded with toppings. Some would say lots of toppings is a good thing and youre your moneys worth. But its not a positive when they are loaded up to the point where it comes out a soggy mess. We only came here because there was a very small line compared to the 45 min wait at miss shirleys a block over. At least now I know next time it is worth waiting and theres a reason one eatery was far more packed than the other. I landed on 2 stars because the place itself seemed nice but that doesnt matter when the food is subpar

Stopped here on a whim with the family. Never been to a blaze pizza before and we thought we would give it a try. First of all, their menu is very simple. With a basic crust you have three options; cheese pizza for the lowest price, one topping pizza for a little bit more, or unlimited toppings for just a little bit more. The pizza was excellent. The service was outstanding. The toppings were flavorful and plentiful with more options then I could want to try. Everything is cooked in a fire oven in about 3 minutes. The guy who cooked the pizza came by and made us feel at home. Asked us if we needed anything. They were friendly and inviting and although not a restaurant where you are served at. The table he came and took our plates. I will return again.

The 2 stars are only because the pizza was pretty good. But the staff here made the experience terrible. Mayor attitude problems. They look and talked to you as if you are a pain in their behinds... they throw the food like they are mad at it, on top of it, there was no ice AND no soda. When finally eating, there came an employee that threw all the glass bottles (that where supposedly there for recycling) on the trash can right next to the high chair were my baby was! Thank God no glass jumped! It was so close that she had to say "excuse me", we had to stop eating and move the high chair so she could move the trash can that she couldnt wait to take out! Everybody on the restaurant stood in awe staring at here because of the noise she was making!
