Worst service, placed an order at 8:50pm, was told pizza will be delivered in 20 mins. 20 mins passed no pizza, we call and we are told it will be another 15 mins. They got slammed. 15 mins passes, we call again but it goes to voicemail, called another 3 times still goes to voicemail. I then jumped in my car, I am very pissed at this point, been an hour and no pizza. I call again as I am in the car, they answered at 9:55pm and he said the same thing we got slammed and the driver left 20 mins ago. The gentlemen on the phone did give us a $8 credit, only after i asked for it. The driver finally showed up at 10:12pm, the driver had an attitude, we asked if food would be still hot , he said yes. All he could say was we got slammed. Food was cold, ended up having to reheat it .I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service. Cant say we will be ordering from themy again.

I came in because my sister works there and asked me to stop by so I decided to order a slice and a side and got attitude from the manager who said they dont sell pizza by the slice when I ordered it off of their menu of slices. Then while I waited for my food I watched the same manager scoop sauce onto pizza dough then proceed to wipe it off with his bare hand when he realized me messed up and then scraped cheese onto the pizza from the catch tray. All the guys that work in the kitchen were just carrying on and messing around the whole time with other peoples food. Also they do not have heat. At all. I will not return here even to see my sister.

Im not sure what the previous reviewer is talking about. The pizza is the best, for the price, you can get in town. The dough has always been cooked throughly, for me. While the pizza toppings are the same price as all the other places, they are PILED onto the pizza giving you a better value. Anyway, with the economy the way it is now, if your gonna eat out you outta look into trying Metro Express. Cause youll get the most bang for you buck.

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and boneless chicken wings last month. The pizzas cheese was torn up with barely ANY pepperoni and the wings were not boneless. When my boyfriend called about it the girl on the phone began to SCREAM at him and refused to refund our order. The timing was fine but the merchandise and employee cooperation was terrible. We wont be ordering Metros anymore.

its better than the other etown pizza places. they arent good at making the pizzas the sizes they should be...if you order an xl, you get a med. if you order a small, you get a medium.its annoying to order an xl & get home to see its not...4xs in a row... its one size, just in a different box-i wish i still had the pics. other than that, you cant beat their prices or their service!

Took an hour for delivery ( understandable on a Saturday night ) but dont say 30 minutes when you place order. Service is usually fairly good. Ordered bacon cheese fries with Cheez Whiz but came with mozzarella & the fries were under cooked, not to mention food was cold because it took so long for delivery. For a $60 order I am highly disappointed with quality of service & food.

I will not patronize this establishment any longer. Every time I have eaten the food it is not very good. It is the cheapest that is true. But you get what you pay for. What is worse then the food though is the manager and employees I have dealt with. There are at least 9 other places in Elizabethtown to get pizza, subs and wings. I will go elsewhere

Its quick, its cheap. Its not the best pizza but it is the best priced. Its a little light on the cheese for my tastes. Much better than the other bargain pizzas in town. I do like the sauce they use on their hot wings. Mostly college kids working it, so the tips really help them out. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.

For the price/quality you receive, ordering from Metro is a no-brainer. Ive had an excellent experience every time Ive ordered food from them. Carry-out is usually good for me, but the delivery is great as well. The delivery guy was super nice, and showed up right on time. By far my favorite pizza place in E-Town.

I ordered BONELESS wings for a get together we were having and when my husband got home with them they were the regular wings. When I called to tell them about it I was given attitude and arroagance. And they refused to replace them. Make sure you get what you paid for and ordered before retrning home.

They charge extra if you pay with a card. Its 2017, everyone pays with credit. Find a way to get rid of this. Do what makes your customers lives easier, not your own.

Ive had better frozen pizza. Medium pizza is extremely small.. little ceasars quality for a rather expensive price. Paid 29$ for two "medium" pizzas
