FILTHY! Typically I carry-out from this location, but I ate in today and was disgusted by the condition of the entire place. Every tabletop was dirty. There were several areas with food smeared across the carpet. All the trash cans were overflowing - I had to push it down to get my trash in. Dust covering everything in the bathroom. A foul odor coming from the soda machine. Pretty much every surface needed a thorough cleansing. All of this in a mostly empty dining room while 3 employees stood around doing nothing. I LOVE Qdoba but Im not sure Ill be visiting this location again. If this is how the dining room looks, I dont want to know whats going on in the kitchen. Very disappointing.

I used to come here a lot. Now every time I go there its an exercise in futility. I dont know what happened exactly, but the competence of the staff has sank to abysmal lows. You need to get those inept Bel Air teens out from behind the counter and hire back the Mexicans that used to work there. The employees you have now dont even know how to use a spoon, let alone wrap a burrito. Their customer service skills are terrible as well, especially when left unsupervised like earlier today. This is absolutely disgraceful. I would have left -5 stars if possible.

What has happened to this place? I used to choose Qdoba over Chipotle any day. Times are certainly not the same though. Their service is ridiculously slow, their prep areas make you feel like you just added a food borne illness right into your burrito, and none of them can even roll it up with all the ingredients properly tucked inside. Like, how can you work at a burrito place if you cant roll a burrito? It makes you feel like youre eating a sloppy joe every time you take a bite. Burrito lovers beware, you have been told. Just go to Chipotle.

Qdoba has really gone down the drain!!! I used to love this place until recently it has become so disgusting! Tonight I went in there and all the food was basically out and looked not horrible. All the ingredients were mixed together and all messy. Dont even get me start on how nasty all of the tables are! It looks like they havent been cleaned all day! Then I went to throw out my garbage and it was piled so high up the wall! I dont know if they got new managers or what happened but something needs to change ASAP!!!

Customer service is terrible! If you dont know the difference between white and dark chicken maybe you shouldnt serve it! Not to mention the fact that the workers are rude! Obviusly if my child is please can I have a taco to the worker then that means I need a meal for him too! Dont just ignore it! We will never eat here again! Chipotle will always have our service! Oh and another note if Im ordering a vegetarian burritos that means I want vegetables! Horrible horrible!!!!!

The service was very slow. It took three people to take my order as they made it and they were not paying attention to each other which delayed the process. The food tasted ok but was not anything to make me return anytime soon. The place seemed clean but we were there for an early lunch.

Digestion Update: Wait 24-hours before giving food reviews online. Didnt make me sick...Its Mexican, what did you expect? Keeping 4 stars. I dont know what my wife spent but the quality was pretty good. Would rate 5 stars if location was more convenient.

I have walked in and walked out of this place twice. The place is unorganized, the help are in jeans an sweatshirts, no caps, no hair nets, they have little regard for cleanliness or discipline. I love qdoba food. Avoid this location it is gross.

This location has the WORST Customer Service! Nobody greets you properly, they dont smile, barely make eye contact and are not friendly at all. They act bored and as if theyre being held there against their will, I would never go back.

Well, i suppose that chipotle just sets the bar to high. Food wasnt bad, a little skimpy on portions. Employees seemed miserable and robot like. Trash and food on the floor throughout, all tables were dirty

I had the chicken quesadilla. Thought it was very tasty. They have a more extensive menu than Chipotle, and the food isnt as spicy.
