Ive been going here a little over a year, ever since I moved to Annapolis, I typically order the same thing. Today I went and got my usual, a medium iced caramel macchiato in a large cup full of ice. Ive never had a complaint until now....first off, the girl who took my order and made it charged me for a large (they never have done this, always pay for a medium) second, it was terrible. I couldnt taste the coffee at all, she maybe put in one pump of the caramel flavor and left out the caramel drizzle. I basically got iced milk with a hint of caramel. Im disappointed to say the least, Im at this coffee shop 4 times a week if not everyday, I go out of my way, despite living walking distance from a Starbucks, because I fell in love with the coffee here. I love supporting small businesses. This isnt going to discourage me from continuing to purchase my daily coffee there, I would only suggest that they train all their employees the same.

Great staff that seems to appreciate your business and makes sure to do their business right! Tasty bakery goods and very flavorful coffees that are different all the time. If you think you might be a regular here, and let me tell you, its worth it, then make sure you get a rewards card started from the get go and start earning that free drink! Only giving 4/5 for the size of the store and a little bit of cleanliness, the past couple times Ive been in theres been a bucket on the floor to catch water...

Delicious, addictive, exquisite coffees. Their Zu Brew is beyond good. I have known the coffee world from the bottom up and Zu Coffee is one of the best I have ever enjoyed. This coffee find is worth a detour anytime you are in Annapolis or vicinity.

Best coffee shop. They know what you want to order when you arrive, and are very friendly. If you get a Zu card and put $30 on it, you get a free beverage (save them for your more costly drinks and just pay for plain old coffee).

Really good coffee and tea, try the London fog. The baked goods are pretty good too, a pretty consistent selection that could use some changes from time to time though.
