Been a long term loyal customer - probably 20 years if its been here that long, but its really startng to go downhill. Rug held down with duct tape and bathrooms frequently dirty. Were regular weekend patrons and even though we always enjoyed the local neighborhood feel, its just starting to feel neglected, rather than campy. Completely different experience from the owners other place downtown in Annapolis - which is great. Bay Hills has always kept our business because the coffee is good, but over the past year, too many cases of poorly made drinks. Todays latte was undrinkable. I have confidence the owners can turn it around, but hurry!

The coffee here is good but when Im trying to meet up for business meetings I am very hesitant to choose city dock because of the utterly dismal internet connection. They need to take a page out of Starbucks in Severna Parks playbook and draw customers in with a legitimate internet connection.

Im from Minnesota and Caribou Coffee has always been my favorite coffee, but now I would say City Dock is! The staff and other customers at this location are always very nice. I would stop by here if you want a lower cost amazing cup of coffee!
