I went here a few weeks ago and told the male baritsa I have a free reward. He said ok and I gave him my order. He made another drink before asking me to pay. He went to scan my app and it didnt work. So he had this female baritsa do it & it wouldnt work. The lady behind me said, theres a zero balance so I said I have a free reward. The female baritsa says you have to tell us when you have a free reward. I was thinking to myself umm I did tell the guy taking my order. Her and the nosy lady behind me made me feel a little annoyed.

I am very disappointed i am so exahausted this morning and all i wanted was my venti carmel macchiato, not coffee beans yuck!!! Thats all i taste i even order extra carmel. so upset i attempted to call the store and no answer

Was twenty minutes befor closing the young lady that served us was more than nice and my coffee was perfect not Scalding hot (I drink it black) like normal. Best Starbucks experience Ive had!

Its 406 pm and it took 10 min for an iced coffee . If you ordered a lux drink it took 20 min. The cashier proceeded to sweep the whole store instead of helping as a bar back .
