Pizza was nice, but beware of potential fraud at this place. Always check the amount they charge your credit card before you leave. Our final receipt that waitress gave us was $27, but when I paid for it at the counter I noticed that they charged my credit card $45 and gave it to me for signature. I noticed that and requested money back. It turned out that they added few items to my bill by mistake as they said. I do not know whether it was indeed a mistake, but I suggest to check your final amount before you continue your travel.

Myself and a friend came here after hiking on July 4th as it was one of the few places open. After about 20 minutes of waiting to be seated, we just left. I overheard one employee saying it was not projected to be a busy day so they only had a few workers. Being one of the few places open on July 4th in heavy tourist season, youd think they have a larger staff on.

I stopped in the early November snow-storm aftermath. They were swamped with take-out orders but one young man in particular turned himself inside-out trying to get orders out, apologizing and obviously working as fast as he could. He also suggested what would be fasted as the pizza ovens were backed up - we left happy with the salad bar and cheese bread sticks.

The sidewalk was very icy near the door and I fell trying to open the door The girl at the register saw me fall and did nothing . When I finally got up and went in I had to ask for someone to put down salt. I feel they were very rude and condescending.

We always have a good time when we are here eating. Although the only thing that we get is pizza its almost always been very good. Sometimes we get some cheese sticks while we are waiting for the pizza it all depends on how hungry my husband is when we get there.

Rude people sub par food. It took them forever, lots of attitude regardless of how polite I was. Just gave this corp a good chunk of capital to be treated like the bottom of a shoe. I guess pizza hut doesnt need our money ever again. Good luck Pizza Hut!!

The food might just be tolerable if the employees werent so unpleasant. Loud and chaotic with wrong orders each time we went. This is the last place you would want to eat at in Ellsworth. Awful parking situation, also.

Food good, renovated their interior so it looks a lot better. They completely forgot the bathrooms, still in poor shape. You want to know how clean a restaurant kitchen is look at the bathroom!

Just walked to order a pizza to go at 9:45 pm, and they said they close at 10 ! So u cant order ! If thats the case change the sign ! Because your sign says 10:30 !
