Best lobster roll of my life (thus far), although the stunning views and my six-mile bike ride before hand certainly sharpened the appetite. Stuck with the Maine lobster roll (just Mayonnaise), although my relatives tried the Connecticut (just butter), asian coleslaw, and chipotle lobster rolls. Since Im paying a hefty price for the lobster I dont want anything to interfere with its natural, delicate flavor. The choice of Maine vs. Connecticut is purely personal, though. I just prefer mayo on my lobster to butter!

We took an Uber to see the Head Light House. He was a Portland Native and I asked where could I get the best lobster roll in Portland. And he said the Bite into Maine food truck which is at the Head Light House. And he was right!! I got the traditional Maine lobster roll and husband had the wasabi. It truly was the best thing I have ever had!! WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! The roll was stuffed full of lobster. The staff at the truck was very nice and friendly.

What an awesome place to have your Lobster craving to be fulfilled. It is a truly lobster taste heaven for those who loves to eat lobster and for those who just want to try for the first time. They have about six different types of Lobster roll. I tried curry ones. I would recommend anyone who is traveling or visiting Portland or even you have to drive least hour or two to get to this place, it is worth the drive and effort.

I think it was overrated. $21 dollars for a lobster roll is crazy. I think they only reason they can charge that much is because they are right by the portland headlight. There was nothing they had that seemed more special than another local restaurant that sells lobster rolls. But if you want to take a picture and say you did it, like I did, then "Bite into Maine" is your place. Otherwise, check someone else out.

Great place to grab a lobster roll! Best on the block! I had the coleslaw and while I would have preferred the lobster be warmer, this was a good roll! Rolls are almost $20 after tax and are the size of a medium sized hot dog, so keep that in mind. It would be nice if, for that price a small drink was included, so you feel like youre getting more bang for the buck. Would definitely spur business!

Stopped in Portland to check out some lighthouses on a rainy New England day and stumbled across this truck along the way. We needed to check lobster rolls off our food list anyway and this was probably the best place to do so. Great selection of lobster rolls (I had the curry and it was delicious), healthy portions, and a perfect pairing with some local root beer. Highly recommend!

Stopped here for lunch. The people operating the food truck are very nice and give great service. We had the chipotle and the picnic rolls and both were excellent, with the favorite being the picnic. The flavor and quality were excellent. I had eaten lobster rolls at 2 other locations before here and Bite Into Maine was definitely the best of the 3.

We went to Portland Maine for the lobster. This by far was our favorite place for lobster rolls. High quality and good portion of meat. We had the more traditional styles Maine and CT style. Grab some chips for some texture. Lovely selection of Maine soft drinks as well. And the views in the park are amazing as well. This place is a winner winner!

Cant give this place enough stars. Ive been raving about them ever since I got back from Maine. I wanted so badly to enjoy a good lobster roll. All of the other ones Ive had were mediocre. Honestly, prior to this, I thought lobster rolls were "eh" - nothing special. This ONE wasabi mayo roll changed my life!!

Favorite place for lobster rolls in Portland! Tried the Maine style and curry lobster roll and both were delicious! Located in Fort Williams Park right next to Maines oldest lighthouse, the Portland Head Light(currently under construction). Also has amazing views of the bay across the street.

So we drove all the way from CT there.... it was a food truck. Still great and the park has an amazing view. Only recommendation Id give is they should make the lobster roll on a larger piece of bread... hotdog roll for 17$ kinda isnt something I would pay for again. But it was yummy!!

Damn, this was my favorite lobster roll in Portland. So worth the 18 bucks. Choose whichever style, though my favorite is the Maine (light mayo and chives). The lobster itself was fresh and tasty, but dat roll doe. So perfectly buttered and soft. I wish they were down in NY, honestly.

Hands down the best lobster roll in Maine! We even met some locals that would highly agree. For the price and amount they give you ($18) totally a steal! We tried Maine style, Connecticut style, and chipotle style. The best is Maine style!! Get 2 and you wont regret it.

Top notch delicious! If it wasnt expensive Id get several for myself, but its the best lobster roll Ive had, so I understand the prices. A MUST HAVE for ANYONE passing by. Grab a roll, head over to Portland Head light house, and take in the beautiful views.

Best lobster roll in Maine. Go here and you wont be sorry. Its a food cart and they will have a line on a busy weekend day. 5 different lobster roll types. I went butter only and loved it. My wife tried a few of the others and loved them as well.

A friendly food truck parked in a beautiful setting. But I didnt feel that the lobster is heavenly or anything. Maybe its because of the awkwardness of eating outside: no water to wash hands, no bathroom, wind, sun, no highchair.

One of the best lobster eateries I ever had. Great service and nice people unlike some of the New England area folks. Just felt a little pricey considering a small roll. $17.49 per roll. I would always come back here

By far the best lobster roll I have had in New England (I got Picnic style) + insane views of Portland Head Light. Wish I would have skipped lunch in Old Port and ordered everything on this menu instead..

We cycled from Portland to this place and it was worth ever pedal! Perhaps the best lobster roll ever. Had the traditional Main and it was crazy good. Worth the trip, cycle, walk, run, drive. Go!

Absolutely DELICIOUS lobster rolls! Grabbed two rolls and sat in park with amazing view of lighthouse! The Deli style was my favorite out of two we tried, the Maine style was good too though.

Well worth it. We ordered the Connecticut style and the picnic style. Apparently, this is 55th place in yelps best 100 places to eat in America. I think they were robbed ... much better.

Amazing lobster roll! Tried the butter only option and it was by far the best I have ever tried. The Texas toast complimented the lobster better than any other role that I have tried.
