The soda machine was broken. I asked for a cup that I would fill with water from their bathroom sink. They charged me 2 dollars and change. When I asked for a refund, the guy was extremely rude. He snatched my cup of water, and threw it in the trash. Water splashed on the floor, where his co workers are walking around. Horrible customer service, also a disregard for co workers safety. The half hour wait would have been ok, if the staff was not so rude. It would be nice to have a glass of water with my meal.

Probably a 4.5 star location. Great staff, and very consistent food. the layout like many Fives is a bit under thought, lots of people standing on top of each other when busy and kind of funneled into the dining and drink areas because there is no where else to stand and wait, no fault of the employees. Recommend Online ordering at lunch and dinner hours.

bad experience....the music was playing way too loud, asked an employee if they would turn it down, they said they would but never did. The burger was on a bun that wasnt toasted, dont know if they do that but it would have made the burger taste better. The cheese was not melted but placed on the top after the burger was off the grill.

Difficult to find parking. Crowded on weekend evenings. Fries are great and they overfill the bag with extra fries. The burgers are a little dry because to speed up the cooking they press the burger on the grill which forces out all the juices. I would rather wait an additional couple of minutes for a more juicy burger.

Came here out of necessity after having some drinks nearby. I ordered the little burger and little fries which werent very little at all. The burger was ok, saved by the option of free toppings. The fries were better than your average fast food joint. S

Clean and friendly. First time, and the guy at the counter took the time to explain the menu and options. Food was great and I liked the sign that said the state and farm where the potatoes for the day came from.

They had really good burgers! But the Cajun fries are amazing! However I like mine more crunchy than they normally make them so I ask for them to be well done and they are always nice about that :)

Good & cheap burgers served until 2am on Fridays & Saturdays. Great milkshakes & of course bag fries! When its 1am & youre leaving a bar & hungry, this place is like an oasis in a desert.
