I hate to be that person that only reviews when they have bad service.... But I ordered my lunch at least a hour before I went to pick it up. The staff had plenty of time... well I figured... since I made some changes to the order. When I picked it up I didnt think to check my meal until I returned to my work. When I finally did I noticed I was missing my extra egg that I paid for and my salad was so small it actually really upset me. The portion was about half of a half salad. This isnt the first time Ive been missing things from my order or it isnt the way I asked. Its truly unfortunate. I absolutely love your food, but if stuff like this keeps happening I wont be able to keep coming to this location.

The Panera Bread Store is where a friend and I meet frequently for coffee and conversation. Occasionally one of us will also have a bite to eat. The staff is friendly. Food is always good. The atmosphere is good for having conversation, not anywhere near as loud as the Starbucks store we met for coffee before moving to Panera. And of course free WiFi is nice as well.

Sandwich was made incorrectly after numerous attempts of asking if the sandwich was made right. After it was made "correctly" it was flavorless, mostly bread, the hummus was non-existent, one half had too much onions and the other had none. The very fact that the late night staff give little regard for their customers is baffling. Absolutely repulsive service.

I love this place except for a manager named Cory who argued with me about a mistake he made. When I finally went in an showed him the picts (proving him wrong) he finally said sorry. But when I was waiting for my food he didnt realize I there and was talking bad about me to another worker. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

No Bread ??? At % PM??? At a bread store??? No Butter for the non existent Bread? Rude Staff saying they are busy. VERY BAD experience. Soup is canned and the1/2 BLT is boring. WOW... 14.00 for a less than interesting meal with staff saying we "are out of bread?"

Food is great, just wish you get more for what you pay for. 10$ will get you a little sandwich and a piece of bread. Head over to market basket and 10$ will get you a giant sandwich, sushi and a drink.

I have always loved Panera! Great food for a decent price. I wish their parking lot was bigger but, that isnt necessarily their fault. Maybe move into the mall?
