I was in Bangor for the day and was craving a burger I dont usually get burgers but today was craving one I figured I would try Elevation Burger since it is supposed to be organic and of a higher quality it was around 5:30 and it was a Saturday restaurants in the area had lines out the door however once we got to Elevation Burger there was only one table of people in there and no one waiting at first we thought maybe it was a sign that we were meant to eat there however after approaching the counter we had absolutely no acknowledgement from the staff for probably 3 minutes even though we were in site during this time we looked over the menu as well as look around the restaurant it was nothing special it was particularly dirty havering bottles of milk scattered around behind the counter a bucket of ice cream sitting unattended on the counter once we finally attended to by the staff we ordered two burgers two regular fry and two small sodas the bill came to approximately $30 Im not saying $30 is a ton of money however for a restaurant in a strip mall with the atmosphere of a McDonalds and no table service and is messy it simply is not worth we would have been willing to pay that price for burgers if perhaps it was in a Urban location, had proper table service and was CLEAN it we cancelled our order and left are not planning on attending again

On the plus side, its a nice and airy place with really lovely staff. The gross, well I hope the staff have private restrooms and not use the public toilets because there was no soap dispenser in the gents which has to be some kind of health and safety violation. As to the service. We got there just before the lunch rush so it wasnt busy but it still took ages to get the food. They still managed to bring out a burger instead of a hotdog for one person. When they replaced it, they still managed to not get it right with the fixings. The hotdog was also disgusting. The basic burger at about $10 after tax wasnt all that good either. I know its organic and all that but my local hippy organic cafe does a nicer burger that comes with a bag of chips for less than this. Its no Five Guys, or any of the other hundreds of "fancy" fast food burger chains that is for sure, but the fries are at least very good, they have vinegar for them and they have a couple of bottled beer options at reasonable prices and the grilled cheese was well liked by my youngest.

I have been served better food at a gas station. Waited for 15 minutes at the drive through and watched as employees stood around doing nothing. When we finally got our food it was incomplete and cold. Thirty dollars in the trash. There is no point in ever going to this place or even listening to people who think its good. The burger claimed to come with lettuce, tomato, guacamole and cheese and we we got was just meat and bun. DID I MENTION THAT IT WAS COLD? Disgusted, will never return. Well, maybe Ill go back to scream at them for trying to poison people.

We visited here just over a year ago and hands down, it was the best burger and fries ever! This time, the fries were greasy, the burger was still very tasty, but my husband ordered Swiss on his burger and they forgot. No big deal, he paid $1.87 extra for two slices, not sure why they charged him for 2 slices, but his burger was still delicious enough that he didnt care. Small detail, but the pop was flat. However, the bathrooms were very dirty! Last year I would have given a 5 Star, I was so disappointed. Hopefully, only a bad day.

Extremely long wait , got my burger and fries after about 30 minutes, and then an additional 10 minutes before my shake; fries were cold and limp. burger and fries and shake were all delicious but not worth 20 dollars for one meal and definitely not worth that much time when there were only 15 people in the restaurant. They could be great but need to work on their efficiency and lowering their prices.

Food was excellent! Service even better. The woman taking our order was fantastic. She listened and took our order correctly. It is a little pricier but youre paying for quality of food. People are comparing to Five Guys but their burgers are gross and greasy, while these are fresh and taste delicious. Fresh fries were super good too. Love that theres a drive-thru too.

The food wasnt bad, but man was it soggy. Wether it was grease or some kind of sauce I dont know, but either way it was VERY messy. Even the fries got soggy some how. The price of my meal wasnt the worst, but it was still pretty pricey. Although the food may have its flaws, I wouldnt have a problem going back if a friend suggested we grab lunch there.

The food is very good and the products are locally sourced. The main complaint is that the prices are a tad high. Granted the prices are what you get when you use high quality products, however it is important to go on here knowing that these are not McDonalds prices. Also, each time I have been here, the fries tend to be a tad overdone.

Halal burger place. I tried their triple pattie Katahdin burger..the burger was on smaller side though but the taste was good specially for someone who craves for American halal fastfood. Overall, I would recommend this place.The price is reasonable for a tourist from NY state

Received our food for take-out, and they forgot an order of firey fries, and mixed up all of our orders. Took them 30 minutes to make the order of fries and get things figured out. By the time we left, all of our food was cold. No refund or reimbursement was offered.

Food was ok the young guy taking orders was pleasant. Only 2 other customers in the restaurant so the food didnt take long to come out. The gentleman who brought the food to the table needs some training in customer service! By the way his shirt said "manager".

Its great to have a "fast food" restaurant available in the Bangor are that actually cares about ingredients. Almost everything available is Organic including the beer, Peak Organic, which is also a local company. Its definitely a favorite for my family.

Food was good, but wasnt amazing. They dont have any meals (burger, fries, and drink) so all have to be ordered seperately. For all three it was about $13-14. Honestly, if I wanted and over priced greasy burger I would defiantly go to Five Guys instead.

Great food that is sourced locally and prepared well. I find it very sad that Elevation Burger isnt more popular than it is. I definitely appreciate the menu and everything being locally sourced right down to the soft drinks. Cant recommend more.

Totally gross. My burger was dripping sauce and the fries were soggy too. I love burgers and didnt even finish it. I wish I could give it no stars actually. My boyfriend feels the same. Dont waste your money...go to five guys instead.

Great burgers and fries, however they do not offer very many salad dressing options, only ranch, bleu cheese, and French. They were also rather unhelpful and rude when we inquired about other dressing options.
