I will not return to Burger King (I-95 South, Kennebunk, ME). I have the Burger King app on my phone, which identified this store as accepting coupon codes offered through the app. After ordering my breakfast I presented the coupon on my phone, but the cashier with a snotty attitude exclaimed they do not accept any coupons from any source, period. Even though the app clearly says otherwise. AND the bags they put my meal in advertises the app savings too! A graphic almost the full size of the bag itself reads, "Exclusive Deals. Save up to $30. Download our App". Then to top it off, my sandwich was cold and the hash browns hadnt been drained and were excessively greasy. So corporate BK, if you even read these reviews, heres the results of poor advertising follow-through, poor customer service, and poor food quality. You lost me as a customer, and now this review expresses my frustration to the world.

Stopped in at 3am for quick bite while on my way to NY, entering I notice another couple waiting. I wait roughly 10min, all while noticing workers in back going back forth, looking our way. Worker finally comes out, I ask if they are open, Im told yes all night. I then mention someone should be watching counter, I get, in a very sarcastic and snotty tone, that he has work to do and we can wait a little. I mention that isnt great customer service, I get, look if I want something, if not hes busy. Really?!! I and couple both left as we did not want to bother him further. Sad when customers are not important.

The service was utterly terrible. The cashier played on his phone for a good 30 seconds before helping me. Then to top it all off I had to wait 25 minutes for two small pre-made cinnamon buns. When I opened the bag to eat my food, both the container lids were open and there was frosting leaking everywhere. I was very dissapointed and will not eat there again.

I stopped here ti grab a bite and shut down for the night, I ordered a Double Whopper meal, (#2) no pickles and no Ketchup, and extra Mayo, the older gentleman who had taken my order was very kind and polite and also got my order perfect, the prep and cook done a great job too, I was impressed with how good it was, it was just what I ordered, ,
